Great place for an oil change. Had an amazing coupon. I plan on taking my car here for other services.

Provided quick good service

I came in 30 minutes before close time so I wasn't sure if there would be enough time, but an associate assured me I would be fine as far as time and that they would get it done. To my surprise, the oil change was only 34 dollars when I was expecting somewhere around 50. Took them about 10-13 minutes and gave me a nice window to watch then work on my car the whole time (a valuable and trustworthy feature). Overall, loved the experience and they are for sure my go to oil change service center.

I was in town for my son‘s baseball tournament. I was roughly one hour from home. Upon arriving at the baseball park I realized I had a flat tire. I was able to get in to have my tire fixed by simply calling and explaining the situation. The associate on the phone was extremely helpful and told me to come straight over and they would work me in. This was only one hour prior to closing. They worked with me so that I was able to get my tire fixed in a timely fashion, for a fair price, all while not having to miss any of my son’s baseball!

I experienced a very nice customer service, the store was very clean, but no coffee, out of cups :( had my own cup so did another man in that day. The quality of service and expertise was the bomb. I loved this place too bad that I am leaving in less than 16 days away and I don't know if there is a Big O Tire in Orlando, FL. but I will find another place unless there is a Big O Tire ok I hope that I did a good job for you guys Thank you for the good service at Big O Tire
