We were from Indiana & required an alternator. They were very accommodating,friendly, & curteous. Fixed our problem & we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay..

They found my problem quickly and had me in and out in less than a hour.

I was not greeted at my car but they were extremely busy. I wasn't offered the free alignment check but they did perform one and advised me of how it turned out.

Why I was so Highly Satisfied in a nutshell is the professional courtesy of your people. I was in the area after a road call, I do 24/7 roadside repair for Big Rigs. With no appointment, Chelse helped me right away get the right tires for my service truck. I never knew an All-Terrain tire like the Bigfoot AT2 would give me so much more control through these small, windy, Ozark roads. She was very knowledgeable in helping me make a good choice and even threw in a free alignment to help protect my investment. I don't know who they had working back there that day, but they should be wearing Superman capes with the speed and accuracy of all that work in such a short time. I was also impressed with Zachery, watching him calmly and professionally tone down a tense situation with a rather, unreasonable customer over a wiper blade that was not even purchased there. This Team in Branson is Awesome. If my troops in Desert Storm had been as Motivated as these good folks, we would have won the ground war in only 2 days, rather than the 4 it took.

Returning to the state, I needed an inspection for new plates for my ole pick-up. Had a relatively short wait time with no appointment. With a few minor fixes (licence plate lights and wipers), I was out the door in short order. I was especially pleased with the courtesy of the staff. I'll be back.

Excellent service is always

We used to go to Hollister's Big O until they lost Tammy. We decided to try the Big O on 248 and they have been excellent. We had major break work and it was done by the end of the business day. On our first highway trip to Harrison something felt wrong with the breaks. We went back. They worked my husband in and replaced free of charge. I recommend this business and not just for tires. They have gone many repairs.

The associates are always courteous and direct. If they don't have the answer they will find the answer. Always have a pleasant experience while there. If there is a problem that comes up while in processing my service, they are quick to explain what is happening and give you options to fix it. There is always a printed receipt with all the details of the work done and at the bottom of the receipt it gives a list of things discussed that should be dealt with in the near future.

The staff was very helpful and friendly letting me know what they would recommend for the vibrations I was feeling while driving. They checked the tread of my tires and let me know what they were at and gave me a quote for when I would eventually need new tires.

I live in Northern Ill and visit Branson on a regular basis. The vehicle that I drive was in need of new tires so I checked around the Branson area and decided to purchase and have Big O tires mount new tires on my vehicle. The tires that I needed were not in stock but were ordered and in the store almost overnight. I dropped the car off, ran a few errands and when I returned the car was finished. The only down side is that I originally had nitrogen in my tires and that is not a service that they provide.

I have been coming to this Big O 'Tires for years and always feel that I get good service in a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I have stopped several times just to ask if my tires were low and the worker has always been friendly and acted like I wasn't a bother and made me feel safer to be out on the road.
