The shop was very busy, and even without an appointment they got my truck in. The service was exceptional and efficient.

Picked up a huge screw while in Branson (lots of construction at my home base hotel). Matt and the guys got me in and out in less than an hour, when all the other places said they could not get to me for at least 2-3 hours. Covered the driver's seat to keep it clean, and treated us nicely. Thanks.

I would like to thank Jayson and Wade for the job well done on repairing our broken tie rod and getting us back on the road. Finding a repair shop open on a Saturday for a family on vacation in the Branson area was quite a daunting task. When I called the associate was very helpful and was able to take me right away. I dropped my care off to get 2 new tires, an alignment and an oil change at around 4pm and received a text at 6:15pm that it was all done.

I needed a tire due to a tire being unfixable. The service manager did an excellent job of suggesting several options for me. 2 other service personnel were very helpful as well and shared their knowledge with me. My buying experience was very pleasant.

I love how easy it is schedule an appointment online, much easier than calling. The customer service the best I have seen in very long time. I was greeted the very first moment I walked in. She was with a customer but looked at me and said hello and I be with you as soon as I'm done here. It was very busy, but gave their time everyone that came in. My oil change took less than 1 hour, so I was very pleased.
