Easy scheduling of service and helpful staff

Took my car to another place for the annual inspection.. and they found a couple of things but were unable to fix the problems.We had the car towed from the first place over to Big O and they fixed the car the next morning :)

Chelsea was.womxerful. I was in the biggest jam I ever been in my father had two limbs ampitated plus a stroke amd got out of the hospital 2 days ago and he drive his car and wrecked three times in 24 hours Chelsea went out if her way to help me and Tom was also wonderful as he gave me a ride back to the car then I had to come back.for another tire and mind you all of this with no appointment whatsoever ever. I will not go anywhere else ever for tires and I will recommend everyone to go to Big O Tires here in Branson and I HIGHLY SUGGEST CHELSEA TO HELP YOU AND IF SHE AIMT THERE ID GET TOM TO HELP.ME EVERYTIME. THE WHOLE STAFF IS HIGHLY QUALIFIED TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS AND ARE HIGHLY TRAINED INCUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KIND OF PEOPLE CHELSAE AND TOM AND THE STAFF IS CANNOTT BE TAUGHT. I walked in without an appointment with a punctured tire. They traded out the warrantied tire and rotated my tires and I was out in less than an hour. Great!!

I just stopped in to get new wipers and schedule an oil change and was asked if I would like to have it done while I was there - so I did - really nice.

Was amazed to have a staff member come out and greet me at the car. Never had that happen before. Was having unhappy issues with Thrifty Car Rental who would not take responsibility for the screw in the tire. Staff here dealt with the problem right away and had me on my way quickly for just under $25. Very impressed!

I had a blowout and needed a tire replaced immediately, went online and scheduled an appointment. Then I had an associate call me and we discussed which tire to replace with, it was ordered and then I arrived later in day once tired arrived and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Incredible.
