Big O was there when we needed them for a road-side trailer issue. We blew a trailer tire on our way to pickup cattle and Big O was the only place open at the early hour…and that actually had the appropriate tire. The tire was changed within an hour and we were back on the road. Extremely happy with the service!

The only thing that I had to return for was a rattling noise I heard after I had my oil changed. They lifted the hood and the rod that supports the hood hadn't been snapped back into place. They took care of that and I was on my way!

Scheduled my appointment, got right in and completed everything in one hour!

The folks working the check in process were friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the services. Everything seemed to go smoothly, even the fact that they were able to pull up my vehicle information by my licence plate number, and going to get the licence plate number off of the vehicle themselves.
