Excellent customer service !

Always friendly, helpful service with good advice on repairs

So far I’ve always gotten excellent friendly service and the repairs I have gotten done there have been excellent. I’m not too happy with the price, but I guess that’s just the way things are now but other than that I’m highly satisfied.

My experience at the Big O on Hwy 248 was much better than I had at the store in Hollister, where customers are treated more like cattle - I was given a wait time of 45 minutes in Hollister, and left after an hour (my car still sitting in the parking lot). I was in and out of the 248 store in about 20 minutes.

I was visiting from New Orleans and discovered a split in my tire. Extremely pleasant to deal with and helpful. Got tire from warehouse quickly. Replaced tire in little time. All staff were courteous and extremely helpful. If I lived in Branson they would definitely gain me as a customer. Was able to drive home to New Orleans safely with peace of mind that my vehicle was safe. And got a military discount on top of the excellent service.

The service was excellent and up and beyond what was expected. They even picked up my car and brought it back to me after the servic.

My vehicle broke down about one block from Big O. I called Big O and Wade Johnson,Store Manager, came to my vehicle, in the rain to see if he could get me going. Mr, Johnson determined what the problem was and said a tow would be necessary and diagnostics would be performed to confirm the problem. Wade assisted me in obtaining the tow. At the shop, the problem was confirmed, and parts would have to be ordered. A short time later Chelsea Poe, Sales advisor, called me to provide the price, and the time frame for receiving and installing the parts. Both Mr. Johnson and Ms. Poe kept me informed of the progress. Both of these individuals are great assets of your company.

I come from the a service background. I have been looking for a company to take care of my vehicles since retirement. The people at Big O Tires have done a great job in servicing and helping me maintain my vehicles I appreciate their efforts.

Great service Hollister store not so friendly

Had an inspection, recommended issues to be corrected, even though I'm a woman didn't treat me like I was mechanically ignorant.

They were clear on the pricing they did the job in a very timely manner. They also inform me when I needed new tires and I didn't know that.

Went.in for vehicle inspection ended up replacing tie rods and alignment.

They actually reached out to me to schedule my appointment and are extremely friendly and helpful.
