Fast, friendly service.

I just had small trailer tire that kept going soft and they put a tube in it which was a good choice.

Sales tech was ok , We have been getting service on my trucks for 10 yrs there main reason was Manger Matt , and Tech Austin always on the ball and very helpful , I did see a change there this last visit and they need to focus with training the new tire techs . And the new manager could ease up a bit. I have spent alot of money there at your store . Hopefully things will change and get better .

Everything was communicated in a clear and efficient manner. I waited just a few minutes after my scheduled time for the vehicle to be serviced. What I really enjoyed was watching the workers move quickly and doing what had to be done yet still in a thorough and professional way.

I used them several days ago and was very impressed with their great customer service! I got in an out of there a lot quicker than I expected. I will definitely be returning to Big O Tires for any future needs.

I have always used Big Os since I moved to this area. I always get great customer service, and feel like I am not getting talked down to or scammed because I am a younger female. I really appreciate that they take the time to show and explain things to me.

We were visiting Branson, tire low, they found leak in the parking lot, were able to get tires from Springfield and have them the car later that day so we could return home the following day. They saved our vacation return!

I was in there today and received excellent service! The gentleman who helped us I believe was the manager and he was super friendly and very professional. They are not pushy in selling unnecessary products or services and very upfront with the cost of everything. I will definitely be going back not only for oil changes and basic service but when I need new tires they will be who I go to!
