Satisfied with the service, but I had no idea an oil change went up again to $60. I told them I wanted the $39 summer special they advertised.

We were on our way to camping and tire blew out. Staff got us in and out unbelievably fast so we could continue our trip.... Thank you!

Started going to Big O for an alignment issue several months ago and have started going there for every little thing. They are very patient with me and my lack of knowledge with vehicles. They never over charge and always ask me before fixing anything they notice wrong that I didn't ask them to fix. The employees there are amazing and and always willing to explain things to me.

On vacation in Branson with grandchildren and brakes went bad. Called Big O, Chelsea answered and was amazing! She got us in and out in 1 1/2 hours at a great price!!

The first time I visited this store was for an oil change. They greeted with a smile and their service was in the time frame they gave me. I have been back 2 times since and the service was as excellent as the first time! I would recommend anyone to go here!

Very friendly and helpful. We live in Illinois and experienced issues on vacation. I do feel they helped and did not make us pay outrageous prices for the fix. Great place other than the parts truck breaking down, and the manager having to leave and rescue the driver and the parts.

We experienced a flat tired while in vacation in Branson. Instead of us having to wait 2hrs to get our tire changed, the lady at the front desk personally changed our tire in order for us to get on our way and continue our vacation.
