I just got an inspection, but staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was great, very helpful.

Had the tires I wanted in stock, very courtesy and helpful.

Issue with electronic computer. Car was a sluggish mess, almost undrivable. Austin is an outstanding employee and an even better person. He explained all actions and corrected the computer issue. Car was repaired and my family was able to continue our vacation. OUTSTANDING service from Austin.

Chelsea (I think that was her name) went out of her way to hunt down the tire we needed, even knowing that closing time was coming soon.

The night before a trip out of town, my car alerted me that my tire pressure was low. The next morning, I got up early - and was at Big O Tires as soon as they opened! They got me right in - aired up my tires, changed my oil, & rotated my tires quickly and efficiently! Their waiting room was very clean and comfortable! They even brought me into the garage to show me that my tires had dry rotted... they were not pushy at all for me to purchase tires from them. They knew I was rushing to go out of town - so they printed out a tire quote for me to look over at a later time! I was VERY pleased with their service and would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We were traveling through and needed tire work done, they got on it perty quickly and got it done.

The guy who helped me out was so nice. He really knows how to provide costumer service. I think his name was matt... or was it mike? Anyway it's was my second time coming here and they were both great experiences.

Neil, was the service man putting on my tires, he was putting them a vehicle that had just come from car lot and only had 12 miles on it, he was very careful and took care it very well
