Great Service! Always walks us through what is going with our vehicle, very explanatory and never leaves us with unanswered questions!

Very busy spot, squeezed me in. I was way past due on oil and they understood. They don’t throw up excuses just said there are hours in the day they could borrow from. I don’t ask for employees to go the extra mile but when they do on their own, it feels nice.

I love working with the guys at Big O. They don't charge you an arm & a leg for a diagnostic assessment on your vehicle, unlike the shop I tried in Springfield. They still have a HomeTown feel about them and treat their customers right. That's what keeps me coming back!

I was able to make an appointment very easily and in a timely manner. They were ready for my car when I got there. I waited for my car and the waiting area was very clean and quiet. This may sound weird, but what I appreciated the most was that there was no television, stereo piped-in music, radio of any kind to be heard. It was very refreshing to go into a public place and have calmness. I had my tires rotated and was there less than a half an hour. I was treated with dignity and respect.

Service at Big O Tires is always excellent. The work is done fast and explained completely. The employees have always been polite, friendly and makes it pleasant to take my car there for any problems or maintenance.

Last week I went in for an inspection. Katlynn met me with a smile and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle. So today, I was running errands and had a flat tire. I was only a mile from this location so I drove there (wrong thing to do) but Katlynn told me why I needed a new tire and actually showed it to me. I didn’t have an appointment, and it took a little longer than expected but they got me in and out. Katlynn, again, was very helpful! I will definitely be going here again and recommend by friends and family.

I was having problem with new tires I bought. One kept loosing air. Called, made an appointment, brought it in and was out of there within an hour (if that, did not have a watch on). They came out, told me what they did and I was on my merry way feeling safe to travel now. I only go to BigO and yes, I have recommended you to two of my friends and I am always happy with the service at BigO in Branson, MO. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have been using them for about 3 years now.
