Big O Tires

I love this Big O Tire! They have helped me with my vehicle maintenance for over a year now, and they never seem to disappoint! They are always able to answer any questions and get you in, even if you don't have a scheduled appointment. Not to mention, some of there testing is free unlike competitors! Five stars!

Wyatt did my work and he was great. Well polite young man that I took that he cared about his work and clients. Very nice and Nate at front counter checking in was great as well.

All staff I encountered were very professional and caring. Everything was explained to me in detail. The facility was spotless. Wait time was average but not a problem. This is my second set of tires from Big-O and as I go along in life and miles and change cars, I will always return to this shop for my service and tires.

I've never been to Big O Tires, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the service and price.

Associate came out to help me as soon as I drove up He took the wheel and tire in and took down my info, very efficient, in and out in 5 minutes or less, I don’t get that kind of service very often, must be good training, I believe he was possibly the manager

I took my vehicle in for an alignment that I was told I needed from my dealership after I went to my dealer for an oil change. I wanted to go someplace a little cheaper. Took my vehicle in, they came back and told my vehicle was fine, showed me a report and stated I didn't need an alignment. Sent me on my way l, no charge. Big O Tires didn't rip me off.
