Big O Tires

I used them on Saturday and they managed to strip out 9 lug nuts on my truck then proceed to tell me they cameoff that way even though the studs were perfect then wanted to try and sell me 9 new ones for 9 dollars a pieceI called local parts store and they cost 1.74 each! If this is how they do business I will never go back and tell everyone I know never go there! Ive been in the automotive repair business and this is unecussable!

My tire was low,it turned out to be the valve stem. The Big O service on Republic road in Springfield Mo. They fixed my problem at no charge even when I didn't by the tires from their store. I am very happy with the service.

I brought my car in for an evaluation and several costly solutions were suggested. I then got a second opinion, and an actual fix for my vehicle's problem. I'm so glad I took it somewhere else!

It took all day to get a new tire put on. They quoted me $238 for the tire and when I picked up the car, the bill was $360!! They forgot to do the oil change that I requested and my car was filthy when I picked it up. The person I dealt with was very unknowledgeable.

I am glad to have service at Big o tires, had flat tire, because of nail on the side, and got same new tires I had on my car...

I went in to get my tires balanced. My truck got into the shop probably 15 minutes after I got there so that was good but I waited for two and a half hours on it to get THE TIRES BALANCES. They weren't rotated, oil wasn't changed, nothing. Just balanced. I won't go back.

My son dropped his truck off at 9:45am for an oil change and tire rotation. He was told it would be ready between 12 and 1pm. He showed up at 12:30. He had an ACT exam at 2pm. I called BigO at 1:30 and his truck was still not finished. It was after 1:50 when is his truck was finished. He missed his ACT and we are out that money. What a terrible experience. 4 hours for what should've taken less than an hour.

Excellent experience. Stumbled on them by accident as our car broke down and made it into their lot. The guys were very friendly, understanding, and helpful right from the start. We were on the way to my husbands job orientation, and for him to miss it would have had a great impact on our family, the manager, Jason went above and beyond by dropping everything to get my husband to his orientation. Then picking him up after. My son and I stayed in the store for a few hours. They have a wonderful room in the back with a large screen tv with remote to set it on what you want to watch, toys and cars for my son to play with, and comfortable chairs with a water fountain and coffee, so we were very comfortable during our wait. Having been in several different mechanics waiting rooms I have to say this was the cleanest and nicest one I've ever been in! We felt their pricing was very fair and clear. Every employee we talked to was friendly and helpful. I'm so happy we stumbled across them as they will now be our place to go and first choice. Highly Recommend AAAAA+++++++

False advertisement! I went to get new tires and received a quote online for $160 per tire. When I spoke to the employee, who was polite, I was informed the price online was not valid and he can get me a deal at $245 a tire. I asked why he cannot honor the price online, he responded "it wasn't his fault what it said online." So what else is this company lying about?

I had a great experience considering it was a bad day , with a flat that ended up not fixable. I do want to say Jesse West tire tec went above and beyond to get me out in a very timely manner and finding an affordable tire that matched the rest on my truck well. He's a very nice and professional young man.

had two trucks serviced. one had grease on the hood, both side front quarter panels and on the inside head liner. the other had grease on the inside door handle and the gas and break pedal. and that got on my daughters tennis shoes and of course will not come out. have purchased several sets of tires and several oil changes from BIG O in the past. But I think its time for a change I don't have time to clean up my vehicles after being serviced and I cant a afford to buy new tires ( which by the way I need a new set) and new tennis shoes

I brought my 1966 Ford Mustang convertible in for a registration inspection. At the time the weather was rainy. The staff got to my car as quickly as possible and when the inspection was completed they left my car inside under cover to protect it from the rain. I was escorted to my car and backed it out of the bay with guidance from the staff. I appreciated the concern expressed for my car by the staff and the "beyond normal service" by escorting me to the car so I wouldn't have to go out into the rain to collect my car.

Pleasant, friendly service. I was notified of some additional work that should be done soon but there was no pressure to get it done immediately. I appreciate that my car was taken into a bay immediately when I arrived at the time of my appointment.
