This all started a year ago when I spend $1200 on new bigger tires for my 4 runner. They measured Before they ordered and reinsured me there would be no rubbing and the tires would fit perfect! Of course I believed them because this is their job and what they do daily but it was a different story after they got put on my car. So I get my car and I notice every time I turn there is rubbing in the front from my tires.when I called you could tell they didn't want to mess with it and weren't friendly with me like I'm the one who made it such a hassle for them. So I went up there to get it checked out. After waiting 2 hours and dealing with their rudeness and lack of trying to help me and make things right all they did was try to insured me again that everything was fine and that I just needed to cut the plastic on my car fender area where the tiers were supposedly rubbing. So now I cut the plastic on my car and this does nothing. I just ride it out for a while and take all my turns slow and then finally get a chance to take it back in and now they tell me I need to orders spacers..... so spending more money I do this still mad because every time I go up there it's such a long wait and hassle for me and then they just never want to help fix the problem that should of been fixed from the beginning. Waiting on my spacers to come in I take a close look at the tires myself and where the rubbing is happening. I can't even get my finger in between the tire and the front arm joints they are that close together. Come to find out they have been rubbing on my front arm joints(? I believe is the right terminology) like pretty bad rubbing and it's showing on the inside of my new tires now where it's been rubbing. Now I'm getting a little mad because these new tires that are too big for my car that I just spend a lot of money on are already not going to last as long from them rubbing all the time and who knows if it's effecting my front arm joints that you can clearly see the rubbing marks and I don't understand why I have to pay more money for this mistake to be fixed when it's not even my fault. So my spacers come in and I make another appointment to get them put on and get my tires rotated. Well the guy calls me over to come back (after waiting 1.5 hours for them to put on 2 spacers and rotate my tires and air them up) and look at something, my spacers don't fit. At this moment I show him how much it has been rubbing on my arm joints and to look at the rubbing on the tires from the joints and he looks at me and says That isn't bad at all. All the while I'm thinking well if it wasn't bad I'm pretty sure I wouldn't of came back up here so many times to just be talked down to and wait for so long each time and nothing ever get accomplished. Now he said all he could really do was possibly grind the spacers I had down but it would cost me more money and a couple more hours and that the grinding might not even work. I say no I don't want to do that. I have been so patient for a year now and have gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right and have gotten no where. All I want is for them to fix this problem and get me the right tires that don't rub. This all was not my mistake it was their miss measureas and in willingness to take care of the customer and make it right.

I received all new tires and the guy explained to me very well the difference between the different tires, which helped me decide which tire was the best one to buy.

Came in for flat repair, was told 30 minutes took over an hour, then after I left noticed that they had hammered on lead weights on my alloy wheels why would someone do something like this don't know but had to drive all the way back from Clever to get it fixed right all in all over 3 hours of time waisted for a flat repair.

Awful. 3 hours for an oil change. Then they would not honor a coupon for the free oil change that was given to us for ooor service in another visit. Speaking of that visit...... we spent over $1500 for new struts and brake pads etc... for my sons truck. Only to find out a year later that it all had to be replaced again due to "shoddy " parts used at Big O. The dealership said they had never seen such crappy parts used. Never go here

I brought my car in for a tire rotation and balance, oil change and state inspection. They said they checked my fluids (not sure why since I didn't request that and they hadn't in the past when I had these services done) he told me I needed to get the brake fluid flushed, transmission fluid flushed, coolant flushed and steering column flushed. He made me feel like I wasn't taking care of my van and he told me I was 20,000 to 30,000 miles over on these services. He told me all those fluids were in terrible shape! I questioned him if they were just going by mileage or if the fluids looked bad. They assured me they were all bad. When I went home I found documents stating that I was not overdue for the transmission and the power steering because I had in fact done them at the times they stated that they were needed to be done. So I made an appointment with another mechanic to get a second opinion and when he checked the fluids he said all the fluids were fine.

Tire pricing was competitive with other stores, staff was friendly. Couldn't price any wheels for me. Other than guessing an approximate value from past sales. I ultimately choose to buy tires only. At 11:15 am my truck was put on the lift. By noon the service tech managed to have all center caps removed .mostly because he was busy snooping around under the hood looking at stuff he had no business touching. I'm here for tires I don't want your 3,000 point inspection let alone a tire tech touching anything under the hood. So I decided best I leave cor a bit walk across the street for lunch and sit where I can see my truck. Finally at 2pm I walk back because my truck hasn't moved off the lift. I asked the guy at the counter if there is a problem. He says no things just take time. Almost 3 hours on the lift and you cant change 4 tires? I told them i cant wait any longer i need to go. They still hadn't reprogrammed the tpms yet or done the free alignment check. I waited additional 15 minutes for the tpms sensors to be set (5 minute job) and opted out of the alignment check. This wasnt a busy day for them and they got me in almost immediately once I made a decision on tires. Apparently changing tires is Rocket science for the service tech I had on Saturday. Glad I decided against the road hazard warranty it would take him all day to get a tire fixed.

I went in for an oil change and inspection with fingers crossed that I would pass. AJ, was so awesome even amidst the significant repair that was needed. In the end, the total, although pricey was nearly $100 less than quoted and a few hours earlier than stated. While my car was being serviced, I asked another associate (Dusty) about prices of new rims as I was also utilizing the "Buy 3 get 1 free" special on tires... he was able to stop what he was doing and send me several pictures of different options and prices to me while I was at the office. He even called his wholesaler in KC to get a great discount on some 18" Rockstars. Big O Tires is the only spot you should go. The final step was to roll on the new rubber for 50-100 miles and come back for a lug nut check. I stopped in this morning before work and I was in and out in 3-5 minutes. Impressive!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotate. I did not have an appointment so I asked if I would be able to get in, I was told that I should be able to get right in. I have been to this store many times for the same work on the same vehicle and I would be finished in no more than 1 hour. I ask a couple of times if I was about done, I was told it would be long. 1 hour 45 minutes later I was told that I could pay. As I began to leave, one of your technicians said they had tried cleaning the oil off of the manifold, that I would smell oil burning off the manifold for a little while. On the second day, the oil smell was gone. I was told that a new technician was working on my car and that is why it took so long. Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset in the service I received that day!

I am a long time customer of big o. I own 4 cars and a mowing business. Did all my business with then until the recent service . very poor customer service and rude at that. I will rethink where I take my business from now on.

There was a very friendly gentleman named Dave that checked me in up front and made sure I was taken care of.

I brought my truck in to get aligned and the tires balanced and rotated.I advised the attendant that i would need to pick it up sunday. He did not tell me that the store was closed Sunday. I got a call that it was done and was not able to get my vehicle personally. I sent someone to get the keys and they received only the receipt with no alignment sheet. I was charged for an alignment but the truck still pulls hard to the left. I was told over the phone when i paid that everything checked out and there was no issue. Now I am not sure if anything i was charged for was even completed. To top it all off, I came in first thing Monday 3/5 to talk to someone about this and was told that the guy who did my ticket was not working and they didn't know anything about what was done to the truck other than what i was charged for.
