I bought 4 new tires from your store back in December 2016, and I came in to have them rotated and to have the alignment checked. At the time I bought them my experience was good from what I remember. This time my experience was ridiculous. The man who first helped me was nice and friendly enough. I had an appointment at 5 and it was only supposed to take 5 to 20 minutes to do the rotation they said. I sat in the waiting room until 5:20 which is when my ride got there, and my car was still in the parking lot. I left and came back right before 6 which is when they closed. There were other people being helped so when I came back in I just sat down. No one said anything to me as far as an update on my car or how much longer it would take or anything. At 6:10 I finally asked a different guy how much longer it would be, and he didn't say a word but held up my key. Who knows how long my car was done and he didn't tell me. I stood up to grab it, and he acted like I was just all ready to leave. I had to ask if they rotated the tires and he said yep. I said did it need an alignment because no one ever called me, and he held up a piece of paper with a diagram of a car with numbers in green highlighted font. He didn't say a word so I said, what is this supposed to mean. He replied "green means good" like I'm 5. I could tell he didn't give a crap about being there or taking care of a customer or anything he just wanted to get out of there. So I said ok i guess that's good. He didn't say anything else, and he didn't offer to give me the paper or the receipt or anything. I had to ask if I could have the alignment paper, and he said sure and handed it to me. I was just so shocked at the lack of communication or care and I just said thanks and left. Before I brought my car to your store, i had a low tire on the front passenger's side. I knew i was taking it to be rotated, and I assumed (apparently ridiculously) that it would've been aired up when they were put back on my car or at some point. I got in my car to leave and the low tire pressure light was still on. I stopped to air it up and it was at 22. It had been at 28. I could tell my car felt even worse driving home. Before I took it in I could already hear noise when I drove like my tires were very loud and like I could hear them rotating when I drove. I had an uneasy feeling about it all and didn't trust the job they did so I went to Discount Tire at the recommendation of my parents and brother who had great experiences there. I explained everything to one of the managers there, and he came out and looked at my tires and immediately he couldn't believe that your store had let me go without talking to me about my tires or that they even rotated the tires. He said they were all at 2/32, and the rear passenger tire was splitting and could've blown at any time, and the front two were bowed and wavy which explains the noise I was hearing. He said that measurement of tread was below the legal limit and that they couldn't even do anything to the tires. I got a good deal on new ones, and when they were almost done he brought the tire out that was splitting to show me a section that had worn down enough that the fibers were starting to be visible. My car feels brand new now, and I feel safe. Needless to say I will never be returning to your store. I don't know if I was treated with such a lack of respect or care because I'm a woman or if the guy just doesn't care about his job at all. I wish I would've looked at his name tag. He had glasses and black hair and works at the store on Kansas and Republic. He was taking phone calls and helping diagnose problems it sounded like. He was standing at the individual counter/desk on the left, before the desks that are against the wall. I hope he starts to care about his job or at least knows the basics of how to treat a customer. To not even explain to me what was done to my car and for no one to even catch or care to tell me about my tires having such low

I was very disappointed with my visit. You all had mailed me a few coupons (I have gotten tires from you before) and I was excited to us it for my oil change and tire rotation. The coupon stated, oil and filter included, top off most liquids, tire rotation, and a couple others. For $29.99. I presented my coupon upon arrival and immediately the rep said well your car takes a specific type of oil so it'll be a bit of a price different you're looking at around $56. When I got back to pick up my car, it still wasn't finished 5 hours later. When I looked at what I was being charged for it was the more expensive oil, a separate charge for the oil filter and the tire rotation (both of which were included in the coupon for that 29.99). I'm not sure how you think sending out coupons will bring you future business if you don't honor them. I basically paid almost double what your stupid coupon said. How is that morally right? It isn't. I don't appreciate being ripped off.

Every time I have car inspections, tire repairs and service needs I have been going to Big O Tire and every time it's been excellent service and reasonable prices. The only issue I had was it took two trips to get my inspection done and It would of been much better if I had been told the hours of when it would be possible to get my car inspected.

Had to go in about the tire that was replaced last yr bc it has been losing a lot of air. First of all, Russ, appeared to be chewing tobacco as something drooled out of his mouth onto his shirt while he was talking to me. Do I need say more? Then i told him that when the tire was mounted there was a problem bc i had to bring it back since the car was shaking when driving over 50mph. The manager at the time said it was their fault and fixed it. I haven't had the shaking since, but consistently lose air in the tire (like it was down to 20 lbs the other day). Russ said it was because of my chrome wheels ...then why don't my other 3 tires have probs? And then charged me $20 for a flat repair bc they had to put bead sealer on the tire, which was the problem with the faulty mounti g to begin with. Now, i have been a happy customer with NTB, but notsomuch with Big O Tires.

Made a appointment for my daughter for oil change and rotation and took 2 hours . She had to wait for two hours just for those two services . I would understand if she just walked in but not after making a appointment. Not sure what happened but she was not happy .

They do a great job but the customer service side needs work. My wife was not called to be notified about her car being finished 2 times now. One time she dropped her car off in the morning, 9am, for a oil change and was not called about her car being done. We actually called the next day to see if it was finished and they told us it was done yesterday morning. We never recieved a call. Second time was when we had her tires changed, again dropped it off in the morning a 8am and no call again. We actually called them to see if the car was finished again at 1pm because of the previous experience and again the car has been finished for a while.

I brought my car in because my tire light came on. A checked my tires rotated and balanced them and told me there was nothing wrong with any of them I drove off. I drove on highway I drove my 9 month old granddaughter around 4 days later the light is back on.. They had me bring the car in the next day and they found a tire had a nail in it. I was very upset. I was on my way out of town for trip to Illinois. There could have been a disaster with that tire me on the highway. I drove away and the light was still on one of the repairman came out and said oh don't worry about the light it will go off after a few rotations. the next day the light the light is still on.. I take the car back in they check the tires in the front right tire is down 8 lb. Why was that not check day before when they replaced the the tire with the nail in it. Overall I was in four times with this tire because my tire light keeps coming on. So thankful the tire light came on because the employees at the shop we're not on the ball this time. I was charged a minimum fee but I was not happy with pain that because of all the inconveniences that I incurred during this episode. Needless to say I am not happy with Big O Tires this time around. I do not think you will want to post this report

I made an appointment online for 12 noon, in which I got a confirmation by email. I arrived at the store and I was not even written down in the appointment book. I was told it would be at least 2 o'clock, if not longer. The employee that waited on me was also rude. My first experience having Big-O service my vehicle was excellent. This visited was certainly far from that. I'm undecided at this point if I will be back. Plus, I was charged for tire rotation on this visit. I was not on my first visit.

I went in to get a tire. Turned out I needed two. Jason was very knowledgeable and was very aware of my budget. He didn't try to upsell me on things that weren't needed. My tires were out on very quickly. They even fixed a vibration I had. I will definitely return to this location

My wife scheduled an appointment for rotation & ball joint. Got to appt early & checked in. Sat w/kids in waiting room over 1 hour. Checked status & was told they lost her paperwork and would need another hour or so to complete job. This is the 2nd time they have done this to my wife and I. They offer no sympathy, and do not compensate us for our additional time in any way by discounting the service or offering vouchers, or anything. Absolutely horrible service that simply implies they do not appreciate the customer. I could not in good faith recommend them to any friends, family, or the thousands of clients I work with in the insurance industry.

I recieved excellent service at Big O Tires and will recommend them to anyone needing service!

I made an appointment on March 30th for April 2nd to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and a flat fixed. The man that wrote down my appointment in the book put that down. I come in on the 2nd to drop off my Jeep @9am and ask if it will be done by noon. He assures me it'll be done way before that. 1:30pm rolls around and still no call. I show up and my Jeep is still being worked on. I was told they broke the cap for my oil underneath and that I would have to pay for that. I then ask what all they actually did do to my Jeep. "Um looks like you were down for an oil change and tire rotation". I mention the flat, and I was quickly told that I was NOT scheduled for a flat fix. I tell them to look in the book and there it is, plain as day. I then get asked if they would like it to be fixed while I'm there, I ask if that's a joke. THEN I got asked which tire it was. Seriously? you're the ones that rotated my tires AND HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 4 HOURS. This was pathetic. I'll take my business back to Youngblood.

I went to them a couple weeks ago and they fixed my issue and were very thorough in the explanation of what needed done.

We took our car in to replace a belt we were told want important and the battery. 5 hours and almost $700 later we left with a new belt, water pump, and altenator only to be stranded a few hours later because a mechanic left their wrench in our engine and shorted out the system.

You walk into Big O Tires and you always are met with a smile and a welcome. I needed my oil changed and new wind shield wipers, and the guys got it done quickly and efficiently. They recommended other services they felt I needed, but were never pushy about it. They explained what the service was, why I needed it, and then showed me the diagnostics that backed up their recommendation. I didn't get the additional services completed this time around, but when I do, it will be at Big O Tires.
