Big O Tires

I waited 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and I had a prescheduled appointment. Not acceptable! All the staff is courteous and friendly, the work is great. But if I have called, made an appointment at a specific time, I expect my car to be on the rack getting the job done close to that time. Several acquaintances told me they had a similar experience at Big O, and for that reason will never go back. I will be back in 5000 miles, but I will not sit there waiting and waiting without complaining. Sorry, I am normally easy going, but I had to cancel two other appointments because of this.

My appt was for 8:00 and at 8:00 the technician pulled my car in to replace the tire. Excellent service and the price was comparable with other stores. I will definitely go back should I need tires.

Came in for rotate and balance... They Checked alignment and was out so paid for this... After I left noticed steering wheel was not level... went back they worked on it and said it was good to go.... Steering wheel still not level... Will we going back to store to have this corrrcted

You guys team on Republic road was phenomenal, you were timely, efficient and you were able to accurately diagnose problems on two separate vehicles that I've had for months and other locations we're unable to determine the issue. GREAT JOB!

I am sure it is an isolated incident however I must complain. I had grease on the steering wheel, door panel, and the carpet was bad. Had I noticed when I picked it up I would have complained big time. I am truly disappointed.

My wife's brakes went out while she was driving it and we were able to drop it off at Big O that night. The next morning they let us know what the problems were and proceded to have it fixed 6 hours later. They also spent a large amount of time making sure we understood all of our options. Exceptionally helpful and hardworking!

It took over three hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great experience

I was told the service would take about one and a half hours. I left and came back in two hours to give them some leeway. I had 4 tires installed with an alignment. I had made an appointment. I had thought that I surely would not have to wait since I had given them 30 minutes over what I had been told it would take to get it done. When I had returned after 2 hours, I was told that they were just starting on the alignment. I thought "well, ok, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes." I waited for another hour. Two hours plus one more hour, twice as much time as I was told. If more time was needed to complete the work, I should have been told while I was waiting. I don't want the young man to get into trouble who had waited on me. He was very pleasant. I was in retail grocery until I retired. I worked in the meat department. When someone placed an order with us I always went over the time I thought it would take to complete the order. That way they were happy when we usually got it done before the estimated time.

The service was on time and the employees were courteous. The young man that helped me even looked online for a rebate that helped defray the cost d the battery my car needed which I appreciated.

I brought both vehicles here on back to back nights. Really great about scheduling me to accommodate my schedule and it was close by home so that was a major plus. Fortunately, my first oil change went alright. The wait time was one hour which was a little long, but understandable. I was a bit surprised that they didn't mention my tires lack of treading and discuss options with me. I would have loved to hear about some tire options as we haven't replaced the tire set since we bought it new in 2013. Unfortunately, the second oil change lasted for 2 hours with an alignment recommended but yet a tire rotation wasn't (even though it was way over due). Needless to say, we were just disappointed all around.

I trust Big O to take care of all of my car's needs.

I resent the add on charges for Labor and Shop Supplies above the stated charges for the services provided. I was not shown the detailed bill before my card was run. I will not do business with this retailer again. That six dollars cost you a customer. Hope it was worth it.

This is the second time I have used Big O, this time for an inspection. I was in and out in probably twenty minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I came in for a routine tire rotation and opted to have an oil change done as well. The service ticket marked that everything was ok on my car and that I drive a 2WD vehicle. I actually drive an AWD, my wiper blades r bad, and my fog lights do not work. Why weren't these things marked on the ticket? Makes me question what service, if any, they provided. The staff inside were very nice and they did re-do the checks...

Used them last week no appointment they got me right in

I was in yesterday, dropped off my car which had a nail in the tire. I told the gentleman at front, to call me before he did anything and let me know if they could patch the tire. Shortly after you called and said that would not work, and fact I would need to purchase for tires"� He explained why and I agreed. When I was in there I had also told him that if we were going to do everything I would also like to rotate the tires and do an oil change"� When he called, I told him that I would need to talk my boyfriend I was in yesterday, dropped off my car which had a nail in the tire. Long story short, we were going to shop around different prices, when I called back up there to ask them if they could fill it up with Hey real quick, so I could drive it home"� He told me I owed for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a little confused because I told him not to do anything without calling, but I was OK with that charge. The fact that he wanted to charge me for a tire rotation, and told me I needed four tires"� Seems really ridiculous. We won't be coming back.

First time going to Big O Tires with a car I bought from a friend at church a couple months ago. Not only did they transfer the warranty but resealed my two passenger (right side) tires as they were both slowly losing air. Total charge was only around 65 USD.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation and alignment. Told the front desk I would wait there, and was told it would take 1 hour tops. 3 hours later it was finally complete, but upon leaving, I realized not all of the work I had wanted had been completed. (Tire pressure light reset)
