2nd time here. Both times I was just given a total without any details. Most service centers go over what work was done and the prices. The first time, after I got home, I noticed a price for a competitor's coupon was not applied that we discussed before service. Not a lot of money so I just let it go. Tires the 2nd time and the price was way higher than discussed on the phone before I went in. Come to find out they tried to sneak in some services I did not agree to and was not told what they were. Again just gave me a total expecting me to just pay for the extras. Thank goodness I learned my lesson after the first visit and made them explain everything. I feel bad for people who they get over on doing this...

I'm liking my tires they did well last winter. Staff has been friendly,prompt,and knowledgeable. Haven't felt like they were trying to gig me and that's a BIG plus!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. When I got in my car the smell of burned oil was horrible. I thought ok maybe dropped on engine and it will go away. Also the menu on my dash was on the message tab. I went maybe 3 blocks and the message popped up saying in battery saver. The smell go worse so I went back. They said it had to be the oil filter failed and replaced it. My concern is they had to have smelled the oil I cant see how you could not and something must have triggered a message that they reset otherwise the menu would not have been on that. Nothing was said to me. They cleaned the engine the best they could and then gave me $10 out of the register to cover an undercarriage wash. After 3 hours I finally left. Now this next part is my word against theirs and i was so upset from being there so long that I did not go back and say anything. I always keep a few dollars in my console. Yes I know I should not but I do. I had put some things in there that morning and know that there 4 $1 Bill's in there. I dont understand how someone did not smell the burned oil and not say a word about it. I will not be back. I will pay someone to rotate my tires even though I bought them there. I will not recommend your services to anyone, which I had done after getting the tires.

I have always been pleased with the service at Big O until two days ago. I went in for a routine oil change and alignment. One of the servicemen came out to tell me my battery was testing low and it was likely due to corrosion. He offered to replace the battery, or for $15 clean it so that corrosion would no longer affect the performance. I opted for the $15 service. A relative offered to replace the battery for me, and on Sunday went out to change it. He asked me if I had had the battery cleaned, and I told him yes (also confirmed by the invoice). Whomever "serviced"� the battery cleaned one terminal, but didn't touch the other. It was so corroded that the cable had to be disassembled, the battery removed, the contact taken off the battery, and then replaced. I will not be returning given this lackadaisical approach to service the customer is paying for.

Asked for wipers to be changed, never happened. Car report indicated all tires were at 30psi in reality they were at 35 and 36 psi. A scheduled oil change took nearly two hours. This was the poorest service I ever received at this location. Purchased all four tires here, never offered a rotation.

Stopped in for a rotation some while back....waited over 3 hours. Contacted by a manager who apologized profusely and requested I give the store another chance. Stopped by this visit requesting a brake inspection. Told they could "get right to it". After nearly an hour i told the service writer i needed to go....a brake inspection should not take over an hour. I'm done with this store.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and quality service and tires. Great outcome for truck leveling, New tires and alignment. On the fifth set of tires for different vehicles over the last decade with them and very happy with their service and tires.

I am a repeat customer. But will not be again. Previous service over two years ago was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable and very very service oriented. Thus why I returned with a new vehicle. This time service was poor. They ordered my tire for next day, I had to call three times and each time the person did not know anything or offer to check. I finally said find the tire you have my wheel. If you don't have the tire I am going to cancel. 30 minutes later I was called and told it was on it's way. The staff did not offer me s time frame of when to come. none of the staff I enteracted with se ed to know anything. When I checked out I asked the clerk a question what made ithe tire so high priced. "We don't make the tire or the price, it's what is is". Wow. No knowledge and made me think he didn't care.

I went there about a week ago for a oil change and it went well the staff there are some really great guys and I'll be going there for any of my car problems I have.

I made an appointment for 1 they did not get to my car until 1:50- I had to go and ask what the hold up was rather than they coming up to me to let me know they were backed up. They then told the guys working on my car that I was in a hurry- which I never said. After the oil change the guy working the check in said that I needed an alignment but told the guys working on my car I declined it because I was in a hurry. Told him I do not decline- I do not want to come back for an alignment. They then did the alignment, my car was finished, sitting outside. The guy working the desk took two walk in payments, never called me up to the desk to pay. So I walked up myself and asked to pay- I saw my paperwork and keys just sitting there. The service was very poor, the workers need to work on costumer service and how to multitask.

Brought my 2000 Dakota in for a state inspection. Vehicle passed after the center brake light bulb was replaced. I rotated tire this weekend and the front driver lug nuts were on so tight that I needed a 3ft breaker bar to remove them. I suspect this wheel was removed for the inspection. The others were not over tightened. I don't appreciate lug nuts hammered on with an impact wrench. I would not have been able to break them loose on the side of the road if I happened to have a flat. PLEASE QUIT HAMMERING ON LUG NUTS WITH IMPACT WRENCH. Service is good employees always courteous.

I'm disappointed with the fact that I was sold an alignment package for $100.00 plus in the past and ever since we bought that we have been denied the free alignment check because of too much play in my ball beatings.... why would someone sell me a package of a year of free alignments if the very next time I come in to get my tires rotated and a free alignment check the guy says oh we can't do the alignment check because it wouldn't read right because of the play in your ball jounts... then why sell me the alignment package.

I had a bolt in my tire and they repaired it in about 30 minutes and the bill was reasonable and I was on my way.
