I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and it took them 45 minutes before they even pulled my car in and another 20-30 minutes for them to even touch it. Why offer appointments if your not going to get the car in at that time?

They explained everything in great detail along WITH a visual print out of what my tires alignment looked like before (OMG!!) and after! That was helpful because when I got home I was able to show my husband EXACTLY what they told me when I left the shop! The Big O tire guy made me look like a tire pro! LOL!

Very good experience except: I called Big O on April 27 and made appointment for May 3rd. Upon arriving and going over the tires I had selected on the phone, I was informed that the 50.00 instant savings and the 100.00 rebate had expired April 30th. They did go ahead and honor the 50.00 discount but said the manufacturer would not honor the 100.00 rebate. I was very pleased with personnel and service, but if I had known the expiration date I would have made my appointment to take advantage of the rebate.

The only real issue I had was the wait time. I made an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The store was not especially busy but I still waited for 2 1/2 hours before my car was finished. The person at the desk was polite and apologized for the wait and gave me the free tire rotation because of my excessive wait time. He said they had to order my oil filter and they were waiting for it to come in. I find it kind of hard to understand since I made an appointment several hours earlier to bring my car in, and they knew what car I was bringing, why didn't they make sure they had the oil filter on hand prior to my arrival? As much as I like the store and have brought my car there before I don't know if I will be returning. It seems like excessive wait time seems to happen more times than not.

I called about having my daughter who is 7 months pregnant come in for an oil change! It was 2 pm and they said they could get her right in! I recd a call 1 1/2 hour! Later that she was still there and wondered if I wanted an alignment! They were more concern for up charge on something I didn t ask for! Will not us big o again! Will pay $10 more at jiffy lube and be out in less than 30 minutes!

Got an appointment in a timely manner. Work was done quickly and professionally. I was informed of future needs for my car and given a cost estimate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, wasn't pushing stuff I didn't need. I'm very satisfied with my new tires he recommended. I will be back for all my work needing to be done on my car. I will also recommend Big O Tires to all my family and friends.

Hello, The first person I spoke with in the Nixa Big O was super nice and did a great job helping me. I purchase 4 Big O Brand tires for my CR-V. Drove away and noticed that there was a shimmy in the front. Had to take it back in another day to have it looked at, they said it threw a weight and they got it fixed up and it seemed better on my drive home. This is my wifes car so I dont drive it much. The guy I call back in about it was kinda surely unlike the first guy I spoke with who was excellent. Fast forward a few months and I need tires for my Honda Accord. I brought it in and got new Big O Brand tires for it as well. The guy I spoke to was also really nice. Well the next day when I drove to work I noticed the care was shimmying, I thought perhaps this one had thrown a weight as well. Well it happened again when I called back in about it I got the same surely guy, not mean but just sounded like he did not want to be there. I took it in and they told me the day I had had it in there was an issue with their balancer and that was probably why. So they said they had it all fixed up. Well unfortunately the next time I drove it to work I still noticed the shimmy. So I had to take it back in yet again. This time they replaced the entire set of tires they said and re-balanced them. This still did not work so they said the only other thing that could be done was Road Force balancing but they did not have the ability to do it there and I would have to take it to the Springfield Big O. So I setup an appointment with Jason the manager (who was very nice and knowledgeable) to take it in there and have it done. Had it done and that seemed to take care of it. Well I just happened to drive my Wifes CR-V and noticed that her was still having a shimmy as well so I setup an appointment to have it Road Force balanced at the Springfield Big O, I setup an appointment almost a week in advance. I took my wifes care in to work as the appointment was right after work as I normally dont drive her car, well I get there for the appointment after getting off of work and they acted like I didnt have an appointment. I saw Jason the manager and he remembered me but unfortunately he said they had an issue with their machine that day and had other Road Force balances that needed to be done so he would not be able to bet to mine or if I wanted he could try to get me done in like an hour and a half. Let just say I was not happy. This whole thing was a fiasco and took up way way more of my time than it needed to. I was not willing to wait there as the last time I came in it took about an hour so I know I was looking at at least two and a half hours if I waited. So I yet again setup and appointment to bring my wifes CR-V back and make sure I lined it up to drive it in to work in that morning. So the time came to take it back in and it was discovered that one of the tires would not make it in spec so they had to swap it out and lucky had one in stock. After he was almost done he discovered that the aliment of the back rear right tire was out of alignment and needed aligning. So here I am with 8 new tires and on my 8th trip back and now I have something out of aliment and am asked to pay $75 to get it rectified!!! Well I did not want to argue, figured I would pay, get out, and not purchase my next set from Big O or recommend you to anyone. So this survey shows up in my inbox. I thought about ignoring it but then decided to yet again spend more of my time seeing if your company actually cares about the quality of service and is willing to compensate me for the poor overall experience and possibly improve Big O or if I should stick with my initial decision to never purchase or recommend you again. Excellent service!!! Entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go that extra mile to make each customer feel comfortable about their vehicle!! We are needing new tires on our dodge caliber. I will take the time to travel two and a half hours to receive their great service. Dropped off vehicle for tire rotation and balance at noon and did not get done till almost 3:00 they were busy but that is along time for that service. I have purchased 3 or 4 sets of tires there and wish that this service could be faster.

Fair and upfront about time line! saw them on more than one occasion help customer with low tire and pulled them up to door and had attendant check them fill them with out charge this while they were very busy with other auto's but made time for a quick fix for aleast one older handicapped lady.!!! I noticed this going on while other customers were oblivious to this...

Had my tire in stock, considering I just had a blow out on the highway. Service was done in a timely matter. Once I left Auto Center vehicle was making a lot of noise. I feel they should have worked on my issues from the blown tire instead of looking under my hood. Had to have someone else look at my vehicle.

While visiting Springfield I thought I'd stop and ask for an opinion on my tires. I expected a sale's pitch but, I was presently surprised. I believe I received an honest opinion about the wear and longevity of the tires on my vehicle. The feedback I received provides me an opportunity to budget for the possibility of replacement in the future. It also gave me peace of mind as I headed back on the road. Kyle's kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated.
