The people working their are always pleasant. I purchased four tires 5months ago and had a great experience. Recently I had a big nail in my tire. They fixed it with no charge. In the last 5 years, I have had three different tires, fairly new, from several, other companies. Each time, they said they couldn't fix it. Each time tires were pro-rated. Each time I had to purchase new tires. All three occasions, the scenario's were the same (Nails in the tread). Thanks for your honesty!

Took in my Volvo 960 for an oil change and Tire rotation. Made an appointment for 2pm and arrived at 1:55. Was told they were running slightly behind. Well ok..I understand things sometimes take longer. So the car actually goes back at 2:20. I can see the mechanic through the window. He pulls the car in and walks around the shop some...cant figure out how to latch the hood up...cant figure out how to get to the oil filter...raises the car...lowered the car...raises the car....asks for help...I had to enter the shop and tell them how to keep the hood up...An hour later I was ready to go. No exaggeration...I texted my wife I was done at 3:21. The bill was fine...but an hour for an oil change is not great service. The tires were rotated in about 5 minutes or so.

This time it was just a flat tire repair, but still was made to feel it was very important to them that I was taken care of.

I had AMAZING service from the guy who sold me tires up front. He was so thorough and made sure I didn't feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing. I would come back for his service again! However, I received my "inspection" on my car and everything was marked as great except my breaks. I brought up to the tech when I saw my air filter said it was great that I've never had it replaced since I bought the truck at 50,000 and it now had 90,000 because no one ever had my air filter when I got my oil change. He reassured me that it was perfect. I leave and get in my truck and notice they marked my wiper blades as perfect... One didn't even have a blade on it... So I take it to another shop... Turns out the filter was very dirty, my oil was almost empty, and my anti freeze was low. It makes me super mad to trust a company to check these things and hand me a paper stating what great condition it was in only to find I could have ruined my car assuming my oil was just fine. I would recommend Derek at the front desk to all my friends but maybe to sell the tires and go take them to a company that won't lie to me.

I had to drop my vehicle off before they opened. I noticed a guy inside and was able to get his attention. I explained to him what I needed done. He took my keys and advised to call as soon as the store opened. I did as such and had my vehicle ready and waiting for me when I got off work. Really appreciate that.

The only issue I have is my wife brought in her vehicle due to a nail being in one of the tires. That's all she wanted to have done as she needed to get to work as soon as possible. We had purchased 4 tires from you guys in December 2017, great service. On this visit she indicates she was pressured to upscale on certain items that really weren't necessary at that time. After finally getting the point across the salesman said your answer kind of offends me. I'm sorry but repeatedly being asked to do maintenance that could wait after being told no is kind of offensive. We will probably still be coming back there to purchase tires, but I highly doubt my wife will be involved.

I had an appointment for as early as possible (8 AM) because I had things to do. All I had done was an oil change and and tire rotation and I didn't leave the lobby until almost 11 AM!!! Way too long. On top of that, I asked them to inspect a squeaking belt noise but after they pulled my car out of the shop, they said they didn't even check because they didn't have time to do so. It took almost three hours to do an oil change and tire rotation? They didn't even do everything I asked.

This is the second time I have made an appointment for an oil change and it still takes 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. There always seems to be an excuse each time as to the why it took so long even with an appointment. I am generally always happy with the quality of the service received, but two hours is just too long. The bathrooms could also use a refresh and deep clean - you notice these thing when you are there for 2 hours, especially with a young child in tow.

I'm forever grateful for the service that Jason provided. My AC went out and he was able to get it running for thousands cheaper than other shops had quoted. Stand up service. Love the crew that keeps me safe and running!

Told 3 different people I needed an oil change with my service... Never happened and I get told to make a seperate appointment and to bring it back in another time..

I had my tires rotated and had called ahead for an appointment. I only waited 40 minutes. It was fast and easy.

Generally your guys do a decent enough job, but my last oil change fell a little short. While I appreciate the guy put plastic on my seat and paper on my floor he could have taken it out after he parked my truck. Usually you guys reset my change oil light but didn't this last time. And last but not least the guy didn't get my oil plug tight so my truck ended up leaking oil on someone's driveway.

Everything was great but the attendant lied to me about a part. My wheel was stuck on the rotor. The threads of a lug nut were damaged in taking the wheel off. I asked what could've caused this and the attendant assured me it was not from improper installation or anything they did, that's bologna! I was told the lug nut was just old and needed to be replaced. I was charged $7 for the shop messing up the lug nut and to replace a part that only costs $1.50 - $5.
