Excellent customer service!

Greeted right away and kept informed throughout the process!!

The Store needs to have call refreshment machine or purchase of drinks.

I called about making an appointment for a state safety inspection and was told they do not make appointments for the inspections. They said they would work it in as time was available. They said currently it would take about 30 minutes. I drove to the location and they got me in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Thankful Big O was able to fix my new Odyssey's tire with a nail in it, especially when Sam's Club said the nail was too close to the sidewall for them to repair and recommended I purchase a new tire.

Jason and his crew do a great job taking care of their customers. Very knowledgeable and they won't try to sell you something that you don't need.

I went in knowing that I hadn't done all my necessary tire rotations to stay within warranty (I learned this after calling them). They still helped me out and gave me a good deal. I plan on not going to any other shop than Big O moving forward.
