Spoke with Jason on the phone who was friendly and professional. Arrived for 430 appt. When I left at 455 my car was still out in lot. When picking it up, no total was given and I had to ask. It was 100 more than quoted?? No have a nice night, thanks. Tires look and feel good so far, but seemed unorganized and possibly under staffed duri g the time I was in. Overall 2nd set of tires and disappointed with the service and speed of service

I always have a great experience here. I have never talked to anyone that rushed me. They are very patient when I explain and ask questions. Overall they are very courteous! Plus they always do a great job the first time.

The only thing that was in poor taste was the customer service guy trying to sell me an oil product. He compared it to "shampoo and conditioner"�. I'm sure he was just trying to be helpful but he would never say that to a man and I'm not an idiot. My husband went in there afterward and he used different terminology. A bit condescending. I'm sure he's a nice guy though. Also the service guy left residue on my steering wheel. I won't be going back, but I'm sure the actual oil change is fine.

Had waited at a neighboring establishment for a state inspection only to learn their inspector wouldn't arrive until 9:00. Drove down the street to Big O Tires where they got me right in. Thanks to their complimentary alignment check, was able to get a little problem fixed before it became big problem!

I brought my F150 in for a slow leak repair that ended with me buying a whole set of tires due to a side wall puncture. Customer service was about what I expected, but the rep's knowledge and recommendations on new tires was limited. At one point I had to pull up the BigO website on my laptop and search for my tire size and show him the different options I saw. I also mentioned that I tow a trailer and needed a tire that would be up to the task, the max load of the tires Big O installed is something like 2100 lbs. Not sure how well these are going to work on my truck. The real negative was that one of my lug caps was damaged by the tire tech. Excessive scratches and obvious pry areas on the cap are evident. I didn't feel like arguing the point with the manager, so I guess I'll just have to eat the $60 for an new cap from Ford.

Service is consistently average. Convenience is more of a factor for repeat business. Lost a factory lug nut and replaced with a cheap used nut. But they have a sign post they're not responsible for lost lug nuts.

Took my vehicle in for a state inspection. They had it completed in a very short time and everyone I came in contact there were pleasant. I will certantly recommend to family and friends.

Store salesman, I believe his name was Dustin, was eager to assist when I walked in the door. I needed a set of 4 Michelin P255/65/R16 for my SUV. The sales person said he had them in stock and could get right on it. He also told me about a rebate that Michelin had and about the warranty available. I told him that I would like my old Dunlop GranTrek tires held for my brother-in-law to pick up the next day. Although I thought everything had been understood properly during our discussion, as I was waiting on the tire install, I happened to look out window into the bay area and noticed (because my car was right next to the window) that the technician was getting ready to put on much smaller looking tires than what was taken off. I ask the other sale person (Dusty wasn't available) about this. He rolled in one of the tires and it was a Michelin 225/16 tire. I told him that I wanted the same size tire put on my car as was taken off. He got Dusty and Dusty told me the tires I wanted would have to be brought over from the warehouse. It would take about an hour. My tires were already off of my SUV, so I waited. I reminded him that I wanted my old tires saved for my brother-in-law. The correct tires arrived and were installed. I paid my bill of $906.00 and left. Next day my brother-in-law called saying that my old tires were not at Big-O as I told him they would be. I went back into Big-O on Republic Rd. and asked about my old tires. They said they had been taken away by mistake and they would get them back. I also asked about the Michelin rebate. I did not get the paperwork necessary to fill out and send in. Although the sales person (Dusty or Dustin) was eager and enthusiastic to help me, it just seemed that he could not pull it all together and do what we had originally discussed when I first arrived. He nearly installed the wrong size tire on my car, he did not save my old tires, and he did not give me the rebate paperwork, although he was eager to sell me the $88.00 warranty package. I just think he needs to slow down and concentrate on doing his job completely and correctly.

My experiences at big o are usually top notch, but this experience was much different. Even though I was not a walk in customer (my services were made by appointment) I still had to wait longer than other customers who had done walk ins. This is fine in itself, however, I was told by the staff at two different points that it would be done in "20 minutes"� which turned into 45, while overall, the service was completed an hour after i was originally told. I would appreciate from big o to just be honest about how long the service will take. I also experienced issues with my vehicle right after the service. Whether this was the fault of big o remains to be seen. Overall a subpar experience.

First of all, each employee was respectful, friendly and professional. My issue is that my vehicle failed a safety inspection on an issue that I believe was highly subjective and most likely not something that needed repair at this time. I did check with another mechanic, and went to another place that had only two years earlier worked on the area of the vehicle that was in question. I believe that your inspector was doing his job honestly, but simply over-cautious. However, the other inspector that looked at this area of the vehicle said that to him it appeared tight and not something needing repair at this time. This will not keep me from returning to check on a tire purchase, etc. But I do feel that I will be cautious and critical when checking on the work being done.

I was please with the tire repair and how quickly they got it done. Only complaint is that customer service needs improvement.

Big O did a great job at explaining the different brake options to us. They were also able to get us in the same day for our service and only took a few hours to complete it. Will be using them again very soon!

A week prior I asked for a time appointment where I could get in and out quickly. I was told 2 pm which I showed up at that time. It was after 3 before they even begun.

I was here on July 28, 2015 in the am & the men at this place treated me fantastic, I had a tire issue & they spotted what the problem was, When it came time to work on my vehicle the tire I was quoted could not be located so they gave me an upgrade at the lower cost, thanks men. A happy customer

The staff was polite, but the service time was longer than expected (oil change and tire rotation 1 hour). The splash plate under the vehicle was not secured properly and came off. I had to take it back. They reattached within 10 min.

I really felt that they were honest and did not try to pressure me into buying. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products.
