They did very well. The only issue is that when I picked up my car and left after having new tires, tie rod, and alignment, my low tire pressure light has stayed on. I will have to go back and see what they can do.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation (to satisfy my warranty because the tires I have are Big O Tires) at 3:00. I showed up at 2:45 and checked in, where the gentleman that greeted me told me they were going to do the oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. After a while I noticed my truck still sitting right where I parked it, so I gave it until 3:45 until I asked what the deal was, and that my appointment was supposed to start 45 minutes ago, and that I had already been there an hour and my truck hadn't moved. Shortly after that, they got it inside and started working on it. right about 4:25 I see them pull my truck out of the bay that they did the oil change/tire rotation in and park it on the side of the building. I ASSUMED (poor decision) they just needed to move it until they were able to do the alignment check (that was offered to me, but as you will see, was never accomplished). At 4:45 I asked the gentleman at the front of the room if there was something else they had planned on doing to my truck and he apologized, and said no, and started checking me out (he did give me a discount on the oil changed that equaled out to 42% off, which was appreciated). So one hour, and 53 minutes after my appointment time, I was able to get back into my truck and drive away with two of the three services that they said they were going to do. I understand that the alignment check is free, but if you are going to say you are going to do it, and then it doesn't happen even after that length of time, it comes off to me that you really don't care that much about my business, which is unfortunate because I have had a good experience with you when I bought my tires for my truck about 5,000 miles ago. I think a large part of my frustration came with the fact that just a couple hours earlier, around noon, I had my wife's car in there to get 4 brand new tires, with no appointment, and was out of there considerably faster than my appointment to change oil and rotate tires.

No need to offer the online scheduling if your in store associates won't use the information. Older man at counter was overwhelmed with the day.

Employees were great, very helpful and very nice. However they were not very kind or gentle with my car. They bent my license plate and mount as well as made it the mount come loose. It's very hard to install but that's not a big deal. The big deal was they chipped the clear coat on every one of my rims and scratched them all as well. When I pointed it out the kid who worked on my car rubbed his dirty greasy fingers over them all getting dirt in them and when shown to the man I believe to be the manager he questioned me asking if I did a full inspection on my car like I was lying to him. I did in fact do a full inspection 3 times before I handed it over to insure I was aware of all damages plus on top of that I check this car daily anytime I get in or out and every weekend when I detail it because it's my baby and I take good care of it. The man didn't believe me that they did it and had multiple excuses for why it wasn't them, like the fact there's dirt in them and he said that wouldn't happen that fast. But it did because the kid was just who did the work rubbed his dirty fingers on them. He also tried to say that if they chip and scratch that easy it's not their problem it's the manufacturers problem. They also spilt oil in my engine bay, not a lot but enough to be visible and need cleaning which just added to the upset. He said he would get back to me in a few days after talking to the alloy rim guys in town to get them fixed so I'm awaiting a call from him. Over all not very pleased with my experience. They are super nice and very helpful in my past experience and even on this one but the fact they didn't believe me and tried to act as if the tires and license plate were like that when they got them is bullshit.

Very friendly staff, good customer service. I only had two small issues. 1) The maintenance required display was not reset. Toyota Prius. Small but other places do it. 2) My car has light tan interior and there was dark stains when I got my car back where dirty hands and dirty pants rubbed on the seat and door.

I cant compliment enough how we appreciate the customer service at the West Republic Road location. As far as the North Glenstone location it was unfortunate that they were unable to provide any type of customer service. This is the third bad experience we've had had at this location . We will never go back. We have been Big O Tire customers for many years. At the w republic rd location Dusty was amazing they worked us in after we had a horrible experience at the North Glenstone store They completed our service and fixed mistakes made at North Glenstone @ no charge. Honestly we couldn't have asked for better customer service. I truly appreciate their teamwork and working us in. Its 8 miles out of the way from where we live, but we will always go back to this location. North Glenstone could learn ALOT from their store

I was having several issues with my Scion xB and this Big O store was the closest. The guys that I encountered were all exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. What began as a horrible day ended quite well, thanks to Dave, Jason, and especially Josh. I won't be going anywhere else in the future and recommend this business with confidence to anyone having car trouble. They're the best!! (And it doesn't hurt that they're so good lookin!)

Missed the small stuff.: I had my oil changed on my new 2016.I was the first one in the morning.It took and hour and 15 minutes to complete the change.They are suppose to check the fluid levels.My window washer fluid was almost empty.They didn't tell me or top it off.I ran out on the road two days later. They didn't reset my oil life meter on the car. They use to fix nails in tires for free.That is why I use to tell everyone to go to Big O.I've had two people say they now charge $20.I still will use Big O. But wish they would pay attention to the small details.

You have one Writer at your Republic road center that is a younger individual and sometimes gets pretty short with me when I try to talk about an issue. I have talked to Joe Tabor about this. We really value your store and the services you provide to us and we are all busy but when I have a concern I need to be listened to not just blown off. I think talking to Joe will take care of this.
