I had an oil change. They did not check the air in the tires and they did not fill the washer fluid. One tire only had 24 psi. had to air up all four tires at gas station afterward. All were low and had to have 2-8 psi added. washer fluid was empty. This is the second time this year this has happened.

Your manager did an excellent job communicating clearly what was wrong when I had been informed by a dealer that it was not. He handled the situation professionally and fairly and I will be back as long as he is still managing.

The services and employees are amazing....But, I went in for an oil change and ask for my tires to be rotated. As I went to pay, I noticed I had been charged for the tire rotation. The gentleman that assisted me was not aware and hadn't noticed on my account that I purchased my tires from here. He promptly apologized and credited me back the charge for the rotation.

Just had the bead resealed on the spare tire, and was charged for it. At Discount Tire, they do things like that free to get your business in the future. While the shop did the work right, I had to pay over $50 what would have been free had I drove 5 miles further, but they wouldn't even tell me any of that before they started work. I know where I am not going in the future.

Staff is great, I'm always happy with service. The time allocated could be more accurate though. I was told 1.5 hrs and it was closer to 2.5 hrs

Car was in for a safety inspection and alignment. Store called and found a burnt out center brake lamp and offered to change it for $20. I declined since this is a $1.50 bulb and about 30 seconds to change. My wife paid and picked up the car and when I viewed the invoice I was charged $15 to change the bulb. I then pulled both center brake lamps out and one was burnt out. I brought this to the stores attention and they acted like there was no way they would do work that was not authorized. I was not too upset with paying $15 for a 30 second bulb change but they apparently did not change the bulb. They responded with blank stares and told me that I could wait until the manager showed up and talk to him. I did not have the time so I left. I have bought several sets of tires here and this has been my go to store for several years and this is the first time something like this has happened. Not sure if I will use them again

I have purchased 5 sets of tires from here over the years and I keep coming back for a reason! Jason is great about paying attention to detail and this last visit was one of the best experiences I have had here. Thank you!

I brought the car in for an oil change and have check engine light diagnosed. while checking in I informed the counter person that we knew that the car needed brakes but we could not afford them at that time. some how the rear tires got removed and brakes taken apart. My wife received a phone call stating rear brakes needed replaced including rotors and since they were already disassembled felt she had no choice but to approve the $800 expenditure even though the original work was NOT authorized. 6 days later we traded that car off with a waste of $800 that we could have used for the down payment on the new car. Because of this action I do not feel comfortable in recommending your store to others

They're always so kind. I've only been in about three or four times over a period of six months, but they know my face and always consider my limited budget. The service was very efficient. If they find problems, they offer thorough breakdowns of the price to fix it.

Not the normal service I receive from Big O. Air pressure in the tires are not correct. Also OVER filled the oil in my car. Service rep offered to have me bring back my car to correct. I ended up correcting the issues myself.

I love Big O and have never had any real problems in the past. Three visits ago I had my car in for an oil change. I was waiting in the store and the service person came to tell me that someone had broken off a lug nut when taking off my wheel. He stated since Big O is the only one to deal with my tires, they would just put on a new one and for me not to worry about it. Two visits ago I came in for an oil change. I was told I needed to have my tires rotated. Later I was called and the service person told me that my tire key was missing. I didn't even know what a tire key was. He explained and asked me where I put it. I told him the only people who touched my tires was Big O. I was told that I would need to get a replacement key before Big O could work on my tires again. I'm sorry...what did your service people do with my tire key? I didn't even know what a tire key was. Also, the only thing I asked for other than an oil change was that my windshield wiper fluid be checked and topped off. When I got the car back, the windshield wiper symbol was still lit up. I went back in and had a different person come out and check it. He came back and apologized because he said the mechanic hadn't topped off any of my fluids but it was taken care of now. I was a little shocked b/c I've always trusted Big O to take care of my car and be honest with me about what I needed and what had been done. The last time I went in, my battery had been bad and Walmart had said it was not the battery it was the alternator. I took it into the shop and Big O put on a new alternator. However, today (2 days later) I noted that my battery light has come back on. I'm considering taking it to Rick's to be checked out.

The guys at the store we're super helpful and did everything they could to get us the best deal for us. We will be a return customer and will recommend to others.

I still have the grinding in my brakes that I had when I went in for a brake job. not as bad but it is still there.
