I have several vehicles that i brought in for service and i will continue to bring them to this location. I'm a happy customer!

Had a "call in", so they were short staffed and behind schedule. He did let me know, so I could make arrangements for a ride. They up sold an alignment, which I exoected. Otherwise an acceptable experience.

Jason helped me out so much! I will do repeat business with Big O because of the customer service,the quality of work done on my car, and the reasonable prices. Thank you Jason for showing me great of a business Big O is!

The tire rotation on my Avalon was fine. A few days later I brought my Tacoma in for a knocking sound (recently installed Big O tires). After 30 minutes I was told it wasn't tire related & scheduled service for the next day. Later I stopped by my regular mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. In 5 minutes he diagnosed loose lugnuts, torqued them & checked all other wheels &had me on my way. That's the 2nd mulligan I've had w/ 2 sets of your tires. Beginning to question your competence.

I appreciate the tire rotation. Service was friendly and thanked me for the business. You don't hear that a lot anymore. All this and their rates are very good.

Usually I rate a 5 on everything. This time the courtesy ride I waited over 30 mins on.... however, the store was busy and when I finally asked how much longer I found out the co veichle was down, but the solution was to take my car and that worked-that was ok but the wait time seemed unusualand too long to be informed..... here is where I would usually rate you a 5 based on price....but I can't... because for struts and shocks your co told me would cost $500 in labor at 4.5 hours.... I paid someone else at 2.5 hours $175 plus parts on the the veichle cost me about $600 all together where at your co would have been approx $800 or 900.... my car was serviced while it was there...but thanks to you guys I now will use someone else majority of the time because of the price difference and for that I'm grateful...because without you I wouldn't have ever gotten around to that.

They didn't have time to do the alignment check that was included on my service. They did however find several things wrong with the truck. Some routine recommemded maintenance

Men working there are excellent, friendly. Store is always clean. The price is higher then our local mechanics, but their quicker service is worth it. Good local mechanics are about 5 days behind.

Only had limited time,and vehicle was ready when promised

The only reason I didn't give a "5" overall rating has nothing to do with the staff at this location. They were amazing! Corporate needs to take a look at the online appointment reservation system. I reserved an 11am appointment and received a follow up email notification stating it was approved. However, when I showed up I was told my appointment was 12:00 noon instead. As I look back at the confirmation email I noticed it only confirmed the day and NOT the time. Maybe a fresh look at your website reservation system would be in order. Otherwise, great company and this location is wonderful!

Had an oil change, going to be coming back in the near future for 2 front tires!

I have had a couple of challenges with the service at this location in the past, and I was pleasantly surprised that the staff went above and beyond to ensure this experience was exceptional. I will continue to utilize this location moving forward, but am hesitant to recommend it to my peers at this point. If the quality of service continues to exceed my expectations in the future, I will feel more confident in referring others. I appreciate the effort, and commend the team for working so hard to improve.
