You're satisfied with the service that we get it Big O. However, I would like to say that I was a little disappointed to hear that because the computers were down that my son could not use a coupon for his oil change. He returned the next day to pick up the invoice and asked if he could apply the coupon because the computers weren't working or not printing, he was told that it had already been paid and there was nothing that they could do

Had to wait longer than intended. Job was performed and cost was as estimated and reasonable.

Best prices I could find, friendly staff and will definitely return.

Everything was great. Only gripe is that for some reason my back right rim is now on the front left.

I will start by saying I have been going to Big O (Altoona, IA) for over 10 years before moving to Springfield. I had my stock wheels swapped with an aftermarket pair of 20s, about 2 weeks ago from today. I paid $40ish. I was told this was due to my long customer history. Very much appreciated. A week later I had to bring the car back, to put on 4 new tires (same wheels) I decided to ordered because of debris I came into contact with (I ran over a screw 4 days after the swap) and was charged $85 to get the new tires installed (Disposal of 2 tires only), and had to leave my car overnight. I would've appreciated a better price, since coming back just over a week later, but I still decided not to get this done at Pep Boys (who quoted me cheaper) and trust your guys instead. A loyalty program would be useful. As a side note, Dusty is a model employee, and so wouldn't mind having a guy like that on my team where I work. Good job on the talent.

I've taken my car and my mom's car in there several times for different things and I've never had any problems or any bad service there.

Enjoyed experience will recommend convenient. Helpful. Tires can be a little depending on your vehicle

I have a bad experience with a tire outlet and union, Florence Kentucky. My family and I were traveling from Kentucky to Phoenix Arizona are home and we had some work done on our 2017 dodge journey. Richard development vibration in the passenger front side .We have big O dealership here in Phoenix and I have always had good experiences with this firm. My overall experience with big O tire was wonderful, anyway comparing it with Tire discounters. The remainder of the trip was uneventful and found the work be very satisfactory. I don't remember the name of the young man that Handled mine miss your interview for work on my vehicle but he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and in my opinion very honest.

I came to Big O due to a slow leak in one tire, however the service person found that two tires had leaks due to nails and screws that had found their way into the tires. The tires were quickly repaired at a fair and reasonable price and I was on the road safely.
