Big O Tires

I had gone to another shop for a safety inspection, however they couldn't fit me in. My last resort was to go to Big O due to poor past experiences that I have had at this store (3 hour wait for a safety inspection last visit). I prepared myself for the worst and turned into the parking lot. I was greeted warmly by the manager, directed to the coffee and had a very short wait this time. The experience was what I expect from a shop and I breathed a sigh of relief after I was on my way. Thanks for a much better experience this go around.

Came in for a state inspection. Very nice staff, explained each component of the alignment check that was done and what it meant.

I have always recommended this store to my friends. I was satisfied with the service at my latest visit, except for the fact that my appointment was at 4pm, and my car wasn't taken into the garage until 4:45. I called my husband at 4:30 and he said to come on home, but I needed my tire checked and repaired since we had a trip to the VA planned for the next day and I wanted to feel safe on the highway. All in all, I will return, hoping that I won't have such a long wait next time.

Very professional environment. I had my car towed in the morning and it was ready to be picked up by noon......tire repair and high mileage oil change. Thank you very much!!!!

You should not charge $10 for battery installation.

Ive been there several times...from tires to brakes and general services like oil changes..great prices and dependable service...I trust the work is done right.

Everything was fine. Not enough people processing customers. Had to wait in line 10 minutes to talk to someone. Other than that service was fine.

The staff at Big O are always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make customers feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable of the products. My only negative is making an appointment, arriving 15 minutes early, and having to wait over 2 hours to get four new tires mounted. Other than that I am very happy with Big O.

Just a comment... Places like Auto Zone and O'Reilly will check and read the diagnostics on a check engine light for free. It would be nice if Big O offered the same service rather than the fee you charge.

Was there when it opened, needing an inspection before work and I didn't have an appointment. They worked me in early!! So kind and I appreciate it. Will definitely be back.

Made an appt for 10:00 am for oil change and tire rotation and balance as we purchased our tires at BigO in Arkansas as we did live in Bentonville. Our family has used Big o many times there snd here in Springfield after relocating. Took car to bay at 10:05 wasn't finished until 12:00.

I dealt with Jason Elam (Store Mgr.) at the West Republic Rd. service center in Springfield, MO. Jason was very personable and a pleasure to talk with about my needs. He offered me several choices for tire purchases ranging from least expensive to top of the line and and showed me in the showroom samples of tires we were discussing. He also provided me with warranty information as well as other service perks such as free tire rotations. Once I made my choice, he had to order the tires from an area warehouse and gave me an approximate time (same day) he would have them. When I returned shortly after his suggested time, the tires were there and my vehicle was soon on the rack. They checked all of my brakes before changing out the tires. Afterwards, I was given free alignment check and needed one part to be able to complete the alignment. The vehicle is handling great and ride is very smooth. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had a good experience as I normally do but I notice when we got home there was a commercial for a $50 rebate on all BF Goodrich tires & we were never told about it & I haven't had a chance to check on it. Is it true?

Dusty, the man that gave me all the info over the phone, was incredibly patient and willing to answer all my questions since I had never purchased tires before. I told him of my time limitations and he had been in and out in UNDER that time frame. Start to finish"�great experience.
