Big O Tires

I love my Big O Tires branch location. I have been going to this store for years and will continue to service my cars here. They are consistently friendly and helpful. And the manager and staff I have personally met, have always went the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. However I have noticed one issue that seems to be a recurring theme the last 8 months. Attention to detail. Each time I've had one of the cars serviced, I've had to return within 48 hours to have something corrected or a service performed that was requested only to realize when I checked my receipt, it wasn't done. (Oil wasn't changed as requested, wipers weren't changed as requested, tire balance wasn't checked after a rotation, power steering lines weren't "air free" after a new pump was installed. It has been a little concerning since one little issue (regarding balance of tires) could have turned into a big problem had I driven a long distance that day. I really like this store and the staff, and I WILL continue to go here as a I stated previously. But as a business owner, I would want to know if we were missing something that might discourage a customer from returning or referring us to others.

Great no pressure service!

The screw on the oil pan had not been replaced tightly so some oil leaked out onto my garage floor. My son got under the car to see why it was leaking and was able to screw the bolt tighter. Otherwise service was good.

Another great experience at Big O! They are always friendly and welcoming and help me to understand just what I need.

They did a good job and it was quickly done, but it took them an hour past my appointment time to even touch my car.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, honesty and quality of the service. The car was taken in immediately (I had an appointment). They gave a quote (at my request) for some additional work but put no pressure on me to have the work done. BigO Tires is now my first choice for new tires.

The only issue was that their TPMS tool would not work on my car

Ordered tires and scheduled an appointment. Employees are always helpful and polite. Store called to advise that car needed an alignment, which I agreed to. Only issue I had is that $44 of tire warranty was added without asking if I wanted it. I kept it but probably would have declined if offered.

Your employees have always been polite and explain all the repairs every time I go there!! I appreciate that they do not try to take advantage of me by offering unneeded repairs. Super group of men!

I would give you all a 5-star review, but it took almost two hours to change my oil and an engine filter. I only made an appointment here for all of that, because my usual service shop was booked a week out. I probably won't be coming back since it took so long. It usually doesn't take longer than an hour elsewhere. The employees who helped me though were great! Maybe it was just an off day that the service was particularly slow, but I don't really want to take the chance again.

I went to Big October for the first time for anow inspection. They were very nice and efficient even though they were busy. I had been going to a different place for about 20 years but they didn't act like they even cared about my business. I will continue to go to Big October for my needs.
