Big O Tires

I was told that it would only take 1-1.5 hours to put on a new set of tires. I was there for over 2.5 hours. When I got my car back the new tires looked old and beat up. So I asked about it and the guy said it was how they came out of the molding so he took the car back and cleaned the tires up and they look new now. Customer service was good.

Very friendly staff. Work was done in a timely matter. I was not offered an alignment check.

Aside from the fact that my car was not ready at the time I was told it would be finished (it took an hour longer) I was pleased with the service and tires. I was not "offered" a free "alignment check" but I was given one. They shared it with me and I had the car aligned the next day.

All in all it wasn't terribly bad. I had a full service along with a wheel alignment. My disappointment came with my tire rotation and pressure check. Upon leaving I only got 6 miles when my tpms was activated. Pulling into a station to check my tires I found the right front and left rear both low. 26 and 28 psi. The left front and right rear were at 35 psi each. Supposedly the psi was checked but evidently overlooked. I set the pressure at 35 psi all the way around and reset my tpms light with no more issues in 200 miles. After spending in excess of $100.00 I would have thought the psi would have been checked.

I Wouldnt go anywhere else Everything I own has your tires on it except my mercedes.When those wear out I will be payimg you a visit

I had to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes and would have been longer if I had stayed for an alignment check. I just needed an oil change and tires rotated and balanced. I like that they report issues with my car but they tell me I need new rear brakes every time I'm there and they have been replaced not that long ago. I guess maybe old notes.

I took two of my cars in for service/tires/all over check up. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that they give you a full printout of all the services that were performed, and then if your car needs more attention, they have a list of the issues with a breakdown of each item and the cost. If your car doesn't need extra attention, they let you know everything's fine. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else. Big O Tires has a new lifetime customer.
