Big O Tires is always professional and fixes my car issues in a timely manner. They ensured my after market warranty covered my car repairs. I didn't even have to call the warranty company!

I stopped in on a whim, to check up on my A/C issues. I was able to get in right away with no wait, but unfortunately had to come back in at a later date after what I found out and the cost it would end up being. I appreciated the customer service I received and will come back, but at a later date.

all was good except the fluids were NOT topped off like they were suppose to be as I specifically ask for washer fluid to be filled and after I left I found it hadn't been touched as it was still empty, so I had to stop on my way out of town and buy fluid to fill it up even though it was stated all were topped off

Went in for an inspection ended up purchasing 4 new tires. Appreciated the professional recommendations/options and the manner in which they were presented---definitely not high pressure just a conversational approach like talking to friend over the backyard fence. Had an alignment issue and was told by a representative they did not have the equipment to totally fix one particular issue. That forthright statement sold me. I will be returning to have additional work done as recommended. Thanks Big O Tires!

I use your facility because of the excellent service I received when I needed tires, Sometimes I feel I am being hustled to spend unnecessary money but this time the service was excellent overall.

Service was provided as requested...later the same day noticed my tire pressure light on dashboard indicated air required in one or more tires...sure enough,the right front was low.Should have been observed during my service.
