Big O Tires

My advisor was knowledgeable and gave me many options.

My former service provider quoted a price 5x higher than Big O Tires. A friend told me they were ripping me off and suggested Big O Tires as a much more reasonable place to take my car. Sure enough, he was right! My former place wanted to charge $129.00 just to look at my car even though I already knew what was wrong with it! Big O Tires charged me $121.25 for the entire bill. I now realize I've been swindled by the former shop this whole time - probably because I'm a blonde woman! I'm so grateful to the men at Big O Tires for treating me like a human being instead of taking advantage of me. I'll tell everyone about my fantastic experience!!!

Good service manager was very professional.

I have been taking my car to one of the big dealers for service and for the last two 10,000mi oil changes they had been telling me that my rear brakes needed done. I bought tires at Big O and had them check the brakes assuming they too would tell me that they needed repaired. Nope they said that they still had lots of miles left on them and that they would check them for me when I brought the tires in to be rotated. I really appreciated the honesty.

Thank you Big O Tires West Republic Road, Springfield, MO!!! Though you where short staffed late on a Friday evening, you stayed past 6p to repai a tire puncture before a 600 mile trip. Very professional and friendly. Thank you again!!

I only needed inspection

They got me in sooner than expected. When an additional problem arose, they called and asked me permission first before they did the additional repair, while also not charging any additional labor fees. They got everything fixed up for me pretty quickly and I thankfully was able to put the repair on my Big O Tires Card. This specific location has always been great about providing me with outstanding service, swinging me deals, coupons, or working with me depending on what the issue is, always being kind and understanding. I go to Big O Tires for all my car needs and can't recommend this location enough!
