Big O Tires

The store is clean and they had a play area for my son to play while we waited. Occasional updates on status of vehicle being done would be good especially if it goes over an hour.

I came to this store for a mere oil change & tire rotation & everything was done in a timely and professional manner, just as expected.

for the oil change and tire rotation... all was OK.. I think... now that I know what they did regarding the spare tire reel replacement.. I REALLY question what they did on the RF bearing replacement... Rather difficult to screw up an oil change.. I do NOT trust CHUCK or JASON on any future mechanical work. They are wanting to charge me $430 for a job I can get done for $160....Trust is fragile... easy to lose, almost impossible to regain. Totally reinforced by a discussion Chuck was having with a vendor when I brought in the car for the oil change....they were talking about "how to get customers to buy extra services that provided 'huge' profit margins"...that is what they tried to do to me... now I have lost all trust...and I will advise others....Please do not assume all people are stupid!!!! it is more for convenience...not any more.

Okay 2 times for same tire issues with nitto motivo. Replaced 3 of them in less than 3000 miles . Ties were no good. Charged again for mounting I don't understand this. Not my fault for brand new tires being bad. I've never had this problem before.Nitto should be charged not me. So again these guys are awsome at this store not their fault.

Jason is the best, he has thorough knowledge of the company's products and is vital for providing strong customer service. He greets everyone with a smile and is friendly and patient with understand every customers needs and finding an accurate prompt solution. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in town!! He is always professional and courteous. He actually cares about his customers! I have had multiple sets of new tires and wheels mounted and balanced there and have never had any problems! Best in town!

A bit of a delay on my appointment, but tire change service was done quickly, and alignment check, was accomplished in 30 minutes

I used them last Wednesday and was satisfied with the service

Had to go back for a leak and drip cup left under hood. Team immediately addressed the issue bit I still see a drip under my vehicle. If this is residue the grade would be better. If I have to bring back again it may be less.

Went for a MVI and a small problem and was out in no time at all.

I made an appointment recently but cancelled due to the higher priced oil service. When I called to cancel I told the employee I found a place $20 cheaper. His response was ok. Not oh I'm sorry, who is the company, nothing. That made me think me business as small as an oil change isn't too important. I like your company but need lower prices or coupons to make the services more economical.

Jason was very nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time! Will definitely use them again!!

As always, Saturday is the busiest day. Despite the wait, the service is always good. My only disappointment was I had asked for a coupon because it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I didn't receive one, but got one in my email 24 hours later. That was disappointing since I won't be back until January.

Had to get new "odd size" tires they were the closest place, needed alignment also. Pulled in so Saturday 1:00 out 3:00 great service.

The young man who assisted me, answered my questions, etc. was just a delight! I didn't appreciate my car rear door being open while lifted and had to ask them to close it so not to run my battery down since an interior light was on after 20 minutes... I wondered why the hood was up too... I was then asked to go over a few things and found out they started messing around checking things on my car... which royally pissed me off!! I came in for tires and did not appreciate them getting into my engine, etc without my permission to do so since I had just come from having my care serviced at HONDA! So I told them this and asked them to tell mgmt never to touch a person's car without approval first when I didn't bring it in for you to poke around! Then after tires were on and I went out to get my car, the brand new tires looked dirty and had white cream all over them - I was not impressed at all. I would think they would clean the brand new tires off so that when I went out to see them they would look really nice since I just spent nearly $900! Again, NOT impressed at all with BIG O and don't ever intend to buy tires here ever again.

I can always count on Dusty and the rest of the staff to answer my questions with knowledge and honesty. I appreciate when I ask them to check something and I don't need that done yet, etc. I trust them completely and that speaks volumes when you have experienced other places of businesses that are in it for the "sale"�.
