Jason was very professional and courteous. Excellent service.

The quality of the service performed by a mechanic was excellent but the person who wrote up the work order and close out the account wasn't satisfactory. I do not want to name the guy but he needs training in the customer service.

Jason Elam is an outstanding employee. He remembers my name and always make me feel that I matter. He explains work that I need to have done in terms I can understand and values my time. He is incredibly considerate and I know I can trust what he says. He is truly a huge asset to Big O Tires and I will continue to give him my business as well as recommend him to others!

Took forever but they honored their warranty and I got a free tire.

Last week- very fast friendly and efficient, I I quoted about a new set of tires- We talked threw what I was looking for an I was given a quote

Even though I had made an appointment a week ahead of time, and arrived early, they were not ready to service my car at the appointment time. It was about a two hour wait. UGG

Some one recommended your store. Jason was through in answering all my questions and giving me several options on the best deal for my car. Made a fresh pot of coffee for me. I was very impressed with my experience.
