Great service! Friendly and prompt! Bought tires there a couple months ago!

Needed replacement tire - available within a few hours and was able to have it installed to be able to meet a deadline.

Jason was awesome! Took my mom's car in with a steering/alignment problem that a dealership said "there was no problem", but clearly there was a BIG problem! Jason drove it, Identified the issue and fixed it! Thanks Jason!

I Love Big O Tires! They are so friendly and offer great service. At other places, I've had mechanics talk down to me or act like I know nothing about my car because I'm a girl. At Big O, I just feel like a valued customer. They're very professional, very quick, and very easy to get along with. I recommend them to everyone!

I always feel very well treated when I have to visit this shop. And as a customer that knows very little about vehicles I appreciate being able to take my car somewhere where I don't feel I will be taken advantage of. Just the opposite, my last visit was to fix a hole in my tire and covered completely by the road hazard coverage on my tires.

Only waited an hour to have the rotation done.

There's no longer a popcorn machine, which is a bummer.

There are only 2 repairs centers other then the dealership that I will trust with my Subaru's and this is one.I can always depend on them getting the work done in a timely manner.
