Big O Tires

I needed a tire, since one of mine had a roofing nail in the side wall, that was not carried locally and of course it happened over Thanksgiving. Even though with the Holiday and weekend- the staff did their best to alert me to all delays of the shipping. When it did arrive, later than anticipated, I received A+ service. Shuttle service was excellent. The staff did all within their control to obtain my tire. I will recommend them to friends.

They got me worked in quickly for an inspection. Much appreciated not to make me wait.

The guys take good care of my car. Very respectful and knowledgeable. They will continue to take care of all my cars for a long time!

I buy all my tires at Big O, because great prices, and friendly service.

The location and staff on W. Republic Road were AWESOME! They were able to get the tires I needed from a different location within an hour and install them the same day after I had a tire that hit a large piece of metal on the road.

Quick turn around

I went to the Big O Tires on Republic Road because I started hearing my front brakes squeak when I applied them. I had just purchased this car used and had no idea when the brake pads were last replaced. I told them that at least the front pads needed to be replaced and that I was not sure about the rear brakes. I was very surprised when I was informed that the brakes were in great shape and not work was needed. The squeaking was related to the pads getting hot due to a lot of intercity driving and that there was no charge for the inspection. I really appreciate the honesty and the service and plan to utilize this shop again.

I dropped my vehicle off saturday the 13th for an oil change. Although they were obviously busy they had it completed in a timely manner including the free brake inspection. I was pleased with the honesty and service of Kyle and will be taking my other vehicle in shortly.

I like being able to trust who works on my car, Big-O is the one.
