low tire pressure.............they removed a small nail.

I have an older Jeep, a 2015. We brought it in for service, which ended up fixing the problem temporarily. Brought it in again, more repairs and then it still wasn't working. It is curently in the shop, with the manager working to find a solution and we will not owe anything for the repairs. That is good customer servies.

They got me in and out relatively fast. There were a lot of people inside and they communicated with each of us very well.

I had a tire emergency. Even though it was late in the day, they told me to come straight in & they’d fit me in. The people working at the Republic Road store in Springfield, Missouri are outstanding. Could not ask for better customer service anywhere!

When i got to the store, every bay was full. I had a screw in my tire, they pulled my car in within 30 minutes. They were not able to repair it, so I had to buy a new one. I was in and out within 1 hr 15 min.

Appreciated the honesty, truck couldn't be aligned due to rust and I was told so!!!!

The check in/ check out is done with ease and in a timely manner. The service desk personnel are always well informed and are willing to answer my questions.

Very pleased!! They got the car inside on time, tires going on. Then the front end Alingment check and out the door in a little over an hour.

Big o had tires I wanted and didn't have to wait to get them in the store. Installed in a timely manner. Installer left a lot ofgrease on my wheels, salesman had him wipe off wheels before I left.

I originally brought my vehicle in thinking it was possibly my alternator and that was tested. It turned out to be much more involved and expensive. The mechanics ended up replacing the throttle motor, a gaset, a coil and the spark plugs. Then discovered my battery was swelling ( not a good sign) and got that replaced using the warranty. While the repair was expensive, I can't complain about the service, it was excellent.
