This store is consistently excellent. From tire replacement of repairs and everything else, they are timely, polite and knowledgeable. When another issue cropped up with my husband's Jeep during tire replacement, he was notified and solutions were discussed. I appreciated getting the car in for service without an appointment. Only complaint I left with under pressure in both driver side tires by two pounds when the service I asked for was a fluid check and change.

They have always been so helpful. I recommend this store to everyone! It's a no hassle service. I had a tire going flat and they were ready to close. They stayed and fixed my tire! Also, I have oil changes done here too!

Service time was a bit slow but the work gets done right.

I should have come to Big O Tire first!! I went "somewhere else" and they could not find the slow leak in my tire, telling me I needed new tires. Big O Tire found the screw and fixed my tire in a timely manner. They also did a once over on my vehicle and found a coolant leak. My better half is a mechanic so I did not need Big O to fix the coolant leak but they where right...there was a leak and we replaced the water pump the next day. Honest, great customer service!! I recommend Big O Tires!!
