Was a good experience, sometimes takes a little while. But overall only auto place I go to in the Springfield area

Great service! I arrived and was checked in right away and they started my oil change right away. I was told it would be about one hour and it was one hour and twenty minutes. I paid and was out. Thanks

I arrived early and they got me right in and finished extremely quick.

I was refered to this store from another because of there high tech balancer equipment, they found my problem and replaced all 4 tires under warranty.

Visited for state inspection and was impressed with customer service. Returned next day to fix AC problem Honda dealer's service center claimed didn't need fixing. Big O quickly found and fixed problem. Air conditioner now works so well I had to turn the fan to lowest setting. Before, car was unbearable on hot days.

They got me in and out in a very short time. I was very pleased!

The South Springfield Location certainly has it more together than the Glenstone location. Great customer service, did exactly what they said they'd do and were knowledgeable and polite! Dusty was great to work with.

Dusty and Jason were having computer and internet problems all day but were still able to help everyone out that came in or called and were very up beat regardless of the problems they were dealing with. Good crew.
