Big O Tires

My favorite place to go. They are very honest and trustworthy. More than once I have gone expecting to deal with a huge job and they did not take advantage of me. They found the problem was actually minor and honestly corrected it for much less than I was expecting to pay. Once in went in with a concern and the manager said it was only a loose wire and he tighted it in 5 minutes and did not charge me. He said, "I'll catch up next time." Since then, this place has done work on both of my cars, my mother's car and mother in laws car, too. Great place.

Service was great. I have a sports car that needed camber adjustments. Service was able to find the correct parts and special tools to do the job right. Now my tire life has been extended and the driving experience is great. Many thanks to the service team. Surpassed expectations.

Solved my problem

Customer service was awesome. I never feel like I'm taking advantage of or talked down to because I'm a woman.

I had a broken wheel and wanted to get 4 new ones but front and rear were different sizes. Because they have such a large number of vendors they were able to find just what I wanted at a good price. Thanks again.

Jason, the store manager is who I spoke with on the phone when i wanted to check pricing. Very knowledgeable. Saved me over 100 bucks on 4 new tires. Actually cared.... Hard to find.

At my last visit, I was just there to have a tire leak repaired. No prior appointment but they worked me in and job was done in about one hour (and they were quire busy). Earlier this year, I purchased a set of tires for a different vehicle and was very pleased with the price, tire quality and service.

Everyone did a great job. It was like they were working for me.

Jason and his crew took very good care of my car and me. They were busy but treated me like I was the only customer in the store. I got new tires and an oil change and my car runs like new

I stopped in about 2 weeks ago to have a tire repaired & check out the place since I was going to need new tires soon. They repaired my tire & refused to take any money for it. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable...won't try to sell you something you don't want. They had my new tires installed quicker than expected & they performed very good work. I would highly recommend them & I will definitely go back for any future tire needs!!!

My tire warning light came on, so I stopped by without an appointment. They worked me into the schedule, patched the tire, and sent me on with a smile. The guys are always very courteous, but fun.

Great service: I called Big O Tires in need of two tires to match my other two. They knew I was in a hurry they rushed down to the warehouse got the two tires I needed had them in the building by the time I got there. They had my truck in and put the tires on all in about an hour. Great store great people

I always have a great experience here. The vehicle I'm usually having work done on is an '86 pickup, so getting a mechanic that knows what they're doing is a gamble. Jacob Bearden does all the work on my truck, and it's always flawless and thorough.
