My wife had a flat tire at Banc Corp. Big O responded and put spare on. Went to your shop and discovered that the tire was not repairable. Barron called me and gave me options. I decoded due to the miles and wear on tires to buy a set of 4. I want to thank Barron and his team for taking care of my wife. I am now switching my car maintenance to Big O! David Jensen

I can't say enough about the service at this Big O location. These guys are top notch! Great customer service! We had to drop my car off at night, after being hauled back by a tow truck! First thing the next morning, we got a phone call asking how they could help!

You can always tell when a business is focusing on customer service and they are at Big O on Republic Rd. They've filled air tanks for me for no charge. I took a mower tire in that was flat. It was just off the rim and didn't have a hole in it so they aired it up, no charge. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back.

I'm a travel nurse and completely rely on my vehicle to make it to my assignments. I leave your store with confidence that my car is in tip top shape and ready for my life on the road. I also really appreciate Jason, as he has always explained everything on a level where I can understand it. I have complete respect for your team.

The service people were friendly & helpful. I had a new tire put on & they explained what they saw with the other tires & the alinement. They changed the oil & windshield wipers & within 90 minutes I was good to go.
