Big O Tires

Excellent experience. Stumbled on them by accident as our car broke down and made it into their lot. The guys were very friendly, understanding, and helpful right from the start. We were on the way to my husbands job orientation, and for him to miss it would have had a great impact on our family, the manager, Jason went above and beyond by dropping everything to get my husband to his orientation. Then picking him up after. My son and I stayed in the store for a few hours. They have a wonderful room in the back with a large screen tv with remote to set it on what you want to watch, toys and cars for my son to play with, and comfortable chairs with a water fountain and coffee, so we were very comfortable during our wait. Having been in several different mechanics waiting rooms I have to say this was the cleanest and nicest one I've ever been in! We felt their pricing was very fair and clear. Every employee we talked to was friendly and helpful. I'm so happy we stumbled across them as they will now be our place to go and first choice. Highly Recommend AAAAA+++++++

Did a good job in a timely fashion, much more personal and I believe more economical than dealers I have been to. I did have to return, though, for a minor adjustment. And I had to ask for the alignment check, but that's not why I went there. And thank goodness they didn't push a credit card - that would have been a minus for me.

I had a great experience considering it was a bad day , with a flat that ended up not fixable. I do want to say Jesse West tire tec went above and beyond to get me out in a very timely manner and finding an affordable tire that matched the rest on my truck well. He's a very nice and professional young man.

I brought my 1966 Ford Mustang convertible in for a registration inspection. At the time the weather was rainy. The staff got to my car as quickly as possible and when the inspection was completed they left my car inside under cover to protect it from the rain. I was escorted to my car and backed it out of the bay with guidance from the staff. I appreciated the concern expressed for my car by the staff and the "beyond normal service" by escorting me to the car so I wouldn't have to go out into the rain to collect my car.

Everyone acts like they love their jobs and really know what they're talking about. I never once thought they were trying to sell something extra that I didn't need. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Pleasant, friendly service. I was notified of some additional work that should be done soon but there was no pressure to get it done immediately. I appreciate that my car was taken into a bay immediately when I arrived at the time of my appointment.

Great service. I was there for about an hour and a half and got 4 tires and an alignment. I have taken my cars to this big o on republic road ever since I had problems with the big o in Nixa over a year ago. So if anyone has had problems with other big o tires try the one on republic road.

My first visit, very professional and efficient.

This was my first visit to Big O. After calling several places to get the tires I wanted for my pickup, Jason said the store had them in their warehouse. Everything was done just like they said it would, and I was able drop off the truck and in morning and pick it up on my lunch break. At the time, I turned down the extended warranty, but later realized what a good deal it was and returned the following day and Jason added it for me. Even though Jason appeared to be short-staffed, he also arranged a ride to take me to work the day I dropped of my truck. Jason and the guy that gave me the ride (I think his name was Pete) have been in the tire business a long time and know how to take care of their customers.

Fast service. I tried out Big O after getting frustrated with my former tire shop of many years, and I am definitely happy with the service I got at Big O.
