Jason and his team gave the best of customer service ,as always. They explained completely what was necessary to take care of my car. I am thankful to have BigO Tires taking care of my car.

I went in for an oil change and inspection with fingers crossed that I would pass. AJ, was so awesome even amidst the significant repair that was needed. In the end, the total, although pricey was nearly $100 less than quoted and a few hours earlier than stated. While my car was being serviced, I asked another associate (Dusty) about prices of new rims as I was also utilizing the "Buy 3 get 1 free" special on tires... he was able to stop what he was doing and send me several pictures of different options and prices to me while I was at the office. He even called his wholesaler in KC to get a great discount on some 18" Rockstars. Big O Tires is the only spot you should go. The final step was to roll on the new rubber for 50-100 miles and come back for a lug nut check. I stopped in this morning before work and I was in and out in 3-5 minutes. Impressive!

There was a very friendly gentleman named Dave that checked me in up front and made sure I was taken care of.

I had made an appointment about a week and half in advance and they special ordered my cooper tires. I called to confirm on Monday (my appointment was on Thursday) that my tires were ordered and they advised they were ready for me. Got to the store on my appointment date and they danced around the fact they didn't have my tires. At first, they treated me poorly when they advised me about the situation but Dusty took care of me and gave me a better tire for the same price. This is a good store but the customer service needs a little work.

BigO business as usual on a Saturday... BUSY. I arrived around 1100am and needed a tire repaired. Of course there weren't any appointments left and there was at least a 3 hour wait. Since the tire was already off of the car, they asked if I'd leave the tire and they'd get to it when they could, some time before close of business. Sure enough.... about 3 hours later, I got a call that the tire was fixed. I brought my car in and they mounted the tire for me, putting the spare back in it's proper place. I am so thankful they fit me in on such a busy, busy day. I've been taking my vehicles to BigO on Republic for the last few years and am very pleased with the service they provide.

I've had my oil changed there several times. Never do I feel pressured to buy optional things and totally trust their suggestions and recommendations
