I went in to get a tire. Turned out I needed two. Jason was very knowledgeable and was very aware of my budget. He didn't try to upsell me on things that weren't needed. My tires were out on very quickly. They even fixed a vibration I had. I will definitely return to this location

You walk into Big O Tires and you always are met with a smile and a welcome. I needed my oil changed and new wind shield wipers, and the guys got it done quickly and efficiently. They recommended other services they felt I needed, but were never pushy about it. They explained what the service was, why I needed it, and then showed me the diagnostics that backed up their recommendation. I didn't get the additional services completed this time around, but when I do, it will be at Big O Tires.

Jason did a super job educating us about rather than trying to sell us a set of tires. Guess what? Right! We purchased a great set of tires from "Big O"�for a fair price. The road hazxord warranty was affordable too.

I received all new tires and the guy explained to me very well the difference between the different tires, which helped me decide which tire was the best one to buy.

Easy an quick quality work

From Thursday (5/30), at the end of the day, with Dave's willingness and explaining how he could help me early Friday morning, due to a tire blowout and with help further from each of Jason, immediately as i walked thru the door and then with Wyatt's follow up, I had to walk back into the shop at the end of the day and compliment Jason and the entire crew for such a good job in replacing tires for my trailer, Honda Element and wheel alignment. I had a regular place where I had bought tires and had mechanical work performed; now thinking I'll be moving those service needs over to BIG O for our 5 vehicles because your team did such an incredible job on such short notice.
