Very nice employees. I didn't have an appointment and was in and out in about two hours with four new tires.

Purchased 4 new tires; they were very helpful and I feel like we got good value and a great warranty.

My tire went flat late at night. I dropped my car off and put the keys in the drop box. I got a call at 8 am from the mechanic and picked my car up by 830. Love these guys.

In the absence of the general manager Jason and the DM Joe had to help with a fuel pump and computer problem that seemed impossible. Even though the original problem ended up being extended and there was a dispute over responsibility of costs, the staff calmly asserted a solution that was amenable to all parties and did excellent work making the tough situation right. Very pleased.

These guys are consistantly awesome. Some of their best attributes are honesty, trustworthiness and reasonably priced.

I was extremely impressed by the honesty at Big O Tires. You always hear that chain stores work on commission, but this store doesn't appear to. The mechanic cracked my wheel cap while working on my tires. He told me about it, and ordered a new one for me. I was astonished by the honesty. Most places would have never said a word, and I wouldn't notice until much later. Also, there was no up selling. Extremely impressed and will for sure go back, and tell others.

Jason's customer service is why I chose Big O. I normally buy tire from a competitor. But Jason's help in dismounting tire and checking my wheel without any obligation to buy was what sold me.

Every time I have car inspections, tire repairs and service needs I have been going to Big O Tire and every time it's been excellent service and reasonable prices. The only issue I had was it took two trips to get my inspection done and It would of been much better if I had been told the hours of when it would be possible to get my car inspected.

The guys at Big O are very professional and courteous and have no pressure service.

They do a great job but the customer service side needs work. My wife was not called to be notified about her car being finished 2 times now. One time she dropped her car off in the morning, 9am, for a oil change and was not called about her car being done. We actually called the next day to see if it was finished and they told us it was done yesterday morning. We never recieved a call. Second time was when we had her tires changed, again dropped it off in the morning a 8am and no call again. We actually called them to see if the car was finished again at 1pm because of the previous experience and again the car has been finished for a while.

I purchase Big O Big Foot tires for my SVU last year. This weekend I was able to utilize the free flat repair and rotation. Thanks Barron and staff
