I had a flat and the man at the desk was so nice and didn’t make me feel stupid or try to sell me more than what I needed. He happily gave me some options and assisted me with my financing options. I couldn’t be happier. They were also kind the week previously when I had to drop my daughter’s car off when she had a flat. I will definitely be back.

I came to Big O to get a tire plugged. I had this completed for free of charge,as I bought new tires. They had to order my tires, but they arrived the next day. I had an appointment made for then and the tires were put on promptly with an alignment.
