This is the second time I have used Big O, this time for an inspection. I was in and out in probably twenty minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Josh and the guys took amazing care of me . I brought it in for tires but ended up needing a few other things . I don't know how they did it but they managed to get the parts there and Josh managed to get it all done for me in just a few hrs. They went out of their way with amazing service.

First time going to Big O Tires with a car I bought from a friend at church a couple months ago. Not only did they transfer the warranty but resealed my two passenger (right side) tires as they were both slowly losing air. Total charge was only around 65 USD.

I used them a week ago and was very happy with the service I received.

Came in needing one tire due to vandalism. They checked to be safe since I have an AWD vehicle. They were honest and did right by me.

After going to a local garage for the last 30 years I switched to Big O Tires after an emergency & my local garage did not have time to help. I have since been a regular customer & have purchased tires there. The customer service is wonderful but most of all I trust them. They do not overcharge or suggest work that does not need to be done. I go to the Bih O Tires dealership on Republic Road in Springfield, Missouri, the manager, Jason, always remembers my name, even if I've not 4/5 months. I've recommended this business to all my friends.

I have taken all my cars to Big O Tires and I will continue to take them there. I feel as though they treat me fair and they are honest. I don't think they tell me I need repairs, that I don't really need. The manager Jason is amazing. Keep up the great work!

Could Not Have Went Anywhere Better!: I woke up one morning with a completely flat tire. Being 90 miles from home and never changing a tire myself, I was panicked. I knew that there was a BIG O TIRES up the road so after I managed to get up there right after they opened, the men in the front were very helpful and made sure I was getting 110% honest and worthy work. They had me in and fixed me up in no time! I was so grateful for BIG O TIRES!

Barron was knowledgeable and actually saved me money.
