Big O Tires

I went there about a week ago for a oil change and it went well the staff there are some really great guys and I'll be going there for any of my car problems I have.

I was very pleased and very impressed with the employees. Nothing negative to say at all! a very positive experience in buying a set of tires!! They have won our business even for oil changes now!

I had all 4 of my tires changed and an alignment and they were fast and friendly and kept us informed. It was really hot out and we had to wait inside and they brought snacks to my 3 year old to keep him happy :)

I had a bolt in my tire and they repaired it in about 30 minutes and the bill was reasonable and I was on my way.

My appt was for 8:00 and at 8:00 the technician pulled my car in to replace the tire. Excellent service and the price was comparable with other stores. I will definitely go back should I need tires.

The gentlemen at Big O's in Springfield (W Republic) are great. I got a price on the tires I needed quickly, accurately and installation was delivered as they said it would be. They were professional and courteous. My husband got tires there a few years ago and we were happy then too.

You guys team on Republic road was phenomenal, you were timely, efficient and you were able to accurately diagnose problems on two separate vehicles that I've had for months and other locations we're unable to determine the issue. GREAT JOB!

Obtained an automobile inspection. Was completed in a timely manner. Inspector was very nice as was store front employees.

My wife's brakes went out while she was driving it and we were able to drop it off at Big O that night. The next morning they let us know what the problems were and proceded to have it fixed 6 hours later. They also spent a large amount of time making sure we understood all of our options. Exceptionally helpful and hardworking!
