Big O Tires

I was very impressed with my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, wasn't pushing stuff I didn't need. I'm very satisfied with my new tires he recommended. I will be back for all my work needing to be done on my car. I will also recommend Big O Tires to all my family and friends.

First time customer. I only needed a tire mounted and balanced. They got me right in and repaired my tire quickly. Nice service with clean and organized store

Excellent service!!! Entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go that extra mile to make each customer feel comfortable about their vehicle!! We are needing new tires on our dodge caliber. I will take the time to travel two and a half hours to receive their great service. Fair and upfront about time line! saw them on more than one occasion help customer with low tire and pulled them up to door and had attendant check them fill them with out charge this while they were very busy with other auto's but made time for a quick fix for aleast one older handicapped lady.!!! I noticed this going on while other customers were oblivious to this...

I woke up to a flat tire on a weekday when I had to be at work. I called Big O Tires in Springfield Mo and the gentleman, Jason, who answered the phone was able to get me an appointment first thing that morning. When I arrived, I was greeted by Marvin (I believe was his name) and asked him about leaving my car there while I went on to work so I could get a few more things done besides the flat repair. I was pleased when he said they would be able to fix my flat, change my oil, rotate and align my tires, all within a couple hours.When you're a busy working parent time is everything so although I was happy to have a flat tire it turned outthat I was able to knock out 4 birds with 1 stone!

While visiting Springfield I thought I'd stop and ask for an opinion on my tires. I expected a sale's pitch but, I was presently surprised. I believe I received an honest opinion about the wear and longevity of the tires on my vehicle. The feedback I received provides me an opportunity to budget for the possibility of replacement in the future. It also gave me peace of mind as I headed back on the road. Kyle's kindness and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

They were quick and performed all work complete with no problem.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful especially Jason, the store manager who helped me get the best tires in my budget.

Needed a few minor car things, (Inspection for License, oil change, brake check) Derrick and the fellas at the Republic Road location got my car in and out in the 2 hour window that I had to offer them, and on an extremely busy Friday morning to boot.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and quality service and tires. Great outcome for truck leveling, New tires and alignment. On the fifth set of tires for different vehicles over the last decade with them and very happy with their service and tires.
