WILLIAM NEALIS CHECKED ME IN...I WAS LOOKING FOR A TIRE WITH BETTER WET WEATHER TRACTION. THE TIRES I WAS LOOKING AT WERE RATED VERY WELL..HOWEVER WILLIAM AND JASON SET ME UP WITH A BETTER TIRE AND IT COST LESS...SERVICE IS NOT ABOUT THE DOLLAR...ITS ABOUT GETTING WHAT YOU NEED..IM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE.

They got me in very quickly and did a great job.

Big O did a great job at explaining the different brake options to us. They were also able to get us in the same day for our service and only took a few hours to complete it. Will be using them again very soon!

This was my second visit for a tire puncture, I came back because I felt you are very honest when you COULD have told me my tires from the puncture was not repairable and I would not have known. YOU ARE HONEST AND HAVE INTEGERTY AND YOU HAVE MY BUSINEESS FOREVER!

I was here on July 28, 2015 in the am & the men at this place treated me fantastic, I had a tire issue & they spotted what the problem was, When it came time to work on my vehicle the tire I was quoted could not be located so they gave me an upgrade at the lower cost, thanks men. A happy customer

Your employees always make me feel like they care about my automotive needs. They have always been very honest with me and as of yet have never told me I needed a repair that I didn't really need. I will continue going to this location and I am referring my brother here as well.

I really felt that they were honest and did not try to pressure me into buying. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products.

Always feel that work is done right at a fair price

The people working their are always pleasant. I purchased four tires 5months ago and had a great experience. Recently I had a big nail in my tire. They fixed it with no charge. In the last 5 years, I have had three different tires, fairly new, from several, other companies. Each time, they said they couldn't fix it. Each time tires were pro-rated. Each time I had to purchase new tires. All three occasions, the scenario's were the same (Nails in the tread). Thanks for your honesty!

Tire rotation and alignment were great. Employees were extremely helpful in suggesting solutions to the lingering smell I had in the vents due to a stupid mouse dying in there the day before! Smell is completely gone! Everyone was courteous, and even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car!

This time it was just a flat tire repair, but still was made to feel it was very important to them that I was taken care of.

Worked us in without appointment, comfortable waiting room, staff was very nice, engaged in conversation with humor making a positive experience,checked in with us so we knew waiting time.

Got 2 inspections done and they got them done in a timely matter and they were very nice.

I had to drop my vehicle off before they opened. I noticed a guy inside and was able to get his attention. I explained to him what I needed done. He took my keys and advised to call as soon as the store opened. I did as such and had my vehicle ready and waiting for me when I got off work. Really appreciate that.

The low pressure light came on earlier in the day. I stopped in at Big O Tires and the staff checked the tires pressures and for any possible damage. They found none and reset the low pressure light and I was on my way in 15 minutes.A great experience and a great staff! Thank you 1
