Big O Tires

I cant compliment enough how we appreciate the customer service at the West Republic Road location. As far as the North Glenstone location it was unfortunate that they were unable to provide any type of customer service. This is the third bad experience we've had had at this location . We will never go back. We have been Big O Tire customers for many years. At the w republic rd location Dusty was amazing they worked us in after we had a horrible experience at the North Glenstone store They completed our service and fixed mistakes made at North Glenstone @ no charge. Honestly we couldn't have asked for better customer service. I truly appreciate their teamwork and working us in. Its 8 miles out of the way from where we live, but we will always go back to this location. North Glenstone could learn ALOT from their store

I would like to have a tire rotation offered with a oil change and have it as a package with a sale price as other dealerships are offering.

I was having several issues with my Scion xB and this Big O store was the closest. The guys that I encountered were all exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. What began as a horrible day ended quite well, thanks to Dave, Jason, and especially Josh. I won't be going anywhere else in the future and recommend this business with confidence to anyone having car trouble. They're the best!! (And it doesn't hurt that they're so good lookin!)

I always have a great experience here. I have never talked to anyone that rushed me. They are very patient when I explain and ask questions. Overall they are very courteous! Plus they always do a great job the first time.

Did not put spare back into original position when car returned, but did after requesting when I found the spare in the back.

Had waited at a neighboring establishment for a state inspection only to learn their inspector wouldn't arrive until 9:00. Drove down the street to Big O Tires where they got me right in. Thanks to their complimentary alignment check, was able to get a little problem fixed before it became big problem!

Very friendly and curtious. I had a horrible sound on my van, I won't in without and appointment and I was shown and told that I had no front breaks, even with them being so busy they took me in right away because of the danger of driving with my vehicle in its condition. They had my van ready in about an hour. Thank you for being concerned with my safety.

I just purchased my second set of tires through Big O. Very happy with the tires and the service I receive. The Big O team is always willing to address and help with any problem or concern I may have. Free flat repairs and free tire rotation are great added benefits.

Took my vehicle in for a state inspection. They had it completed in a very short time and everyone I came in contact there were pleasant. I will certantly recommend to family and friends.
