Big O Tires

I came to Big O due to a slow leak in one tire, however the service person found that two tires had leaks due to nails and screws that had found their way into the tires. The tires were quickly repaired at a fair and reasonable price and I was on the road safely.

Big O has been fair with me.

I would so recommend that everyone stop by this location to get their tires.

Jason and his team as always - were professional and friendly.

Very pleased!! They got the car inside on time, tires going on. Then the front end Alingment check and out the door in a little over an hour.

I called and was able to take my car in the very next day.The attendants were courteous and even gave me a lift to work.My car was ready to pick up before I even got off work.I will be using Big O for all my vehicles now.

I have several vehicles that i brought in for service and i will continue to bring them to this location. I'm a happy customer!

I have been taking my car to one of the big dealers for service and for the last two 10,000mi oil changes they had been telling me that my rear brakes needed done. I bought tires at Big O and had them check the brakes assuming they too would tell me that they needed repaired. Nope they said that they still had lots of miles left on them and that they would check them for me when I brought the tires in to be rotated. I really appreciated the honesty.

Jason helped me out so much! I will do repeat business with Big O because of the customer service,the quality of work done on my car, and the reasonable prices. Thank you Jason for showing me great of a business Big O is!
