I have an older Jeep, a 2015. We brought it in for service, which ended up fixing the problem temporarily. Brought it in again, more repairs and then it still wasn't working. It is curently in the shop, with the manager working to find a solution and we will not owe anything for the repairs. That is good customer servies.

I always wish I didn't have to spend so much on maintenance, but Big O was less expensive and with better warranties than other shops I've talked with.

They got me in and out relatively fast. There were a lot of people inside and they communicated with each of us very well.
