Dropped in on Sat afternoon and they were able to get an oil change and tire rotation completed in just over an hour.

I always wish I didn't have to spend so much on maintenance, but Big O was less expensive and with better warranties than other shops I've talked with.

Matt called me a second time to offer a set of tires meeting my needs at a great price. He was friendly and curtious.

Entire crew worked together as a team flawlessly. The friendliness of all the associates was impecable. It did take a little longer than expected however the friendliness of everyone and how hard they were working to appropriately serve all customers made it ok. I watched them theough the window as they changed my tires and that was pretty cool.
